ive been diet for about 3 month now..i eat healthy food& only eat in small portion..i also jogging every day..my confusion here is why did i keep gaining weight?plus,i can feel my lower body part become bigger but my upper part become smaller..is it normal or it just me?what can i do to lose my weight?
