I have a Taekwondo tournament today and the only thing I'm worried about is becoming stiff between events. What are some good ways to fight this without doing normal over-the-top stretches?

Long story short, I currently have a Jackson that I bought used a year ago. It was in pretty bad shape when I bought it and is still having a lot of problems with the bridge and intonation that just don't seem worth all the professional repairs. So, I figured why not get some experience with Ibanez, but I feel overwhelmed with the amount of products they have so I was wondering if I could get some help.

Specs: I want something with a tremolo, style isn't all that important to me, and I want something with a very heavy, but still clear distorted tone and of course a nice clean tone.

Just to let you know some of the music I'll be playing, here are some of my favorite bands to play:

Megadeth, Metallica, Tool, Alice in Chains, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, All That Remains, Killswitch Engage, In Flames, and Testament.

I would prefer the price to be under $700.

I'm 14 and this is the first girl I've really gotten this far with. I've tried to fumble around back there before but could never figured out how to undo it. My girlfriend has told me before that she would be fine, and want me to take it off, but I just can't complete the task. So does anyone have any advice or videos that could help me out? MQ: Favorite song with a harmonica?

I keep trying to get into these guys because my friend really likes them but every time I try, I can't seem to find a song where the singer's voice doesn't annoy the hell out of me except "Welcome Home". Are there any songs you recommend?

When all these girls choose to like wrestlers on how "hot" or "sexy" they are instead of their wrestling ability? BTW, this is not an attack on all female fans, just the superficial fangirls.

Somehow I don't think this is going to go too well with the PG rating....

Please, don't get me wrong on this one. I respect him and he is one of my favorite wrestlers. But, he got such a huge push. ECW champ, IC champ, Tag Team Champ, 2 time MITB winner, 4 time WHC (I think that's correct), and a feud with the Undertaker all in a matter of about 3 years. Why did WWE choose to push Punk instead of the other younger talent? Sure, he's a great wrestler, but all he's really got gimmick wise is being straight edge.

BQ: Do you think we really need a Diva's title along with the Women's title.

Somehow I actually forgot to watch it. What went down? Match results, guest host stuff, all that.

By the way, I realize there are still like 10 minutes left but I don't feel like watching the last 10 minutes.

Pro: He gets ECW a lot of publicity. He is the only reason some people watch ECW.

Con: He is basically the Cena of ECW. He is burying all the up and coming talent.

So now that Chris Jericho is captain for team Smackdown!, does this mean that the Smackdown! team will be all heels and the RAW team, led by HHH, will be all faces?

And what are some reliable sites to download videos for free and not get a million viruses.
