hi there, my son signed a 6 month deal for a flat and all seemed fine, however they have got mould growing on the bedroom walls his baby son keeps getting chest infections and the dr said it is due to the damp, and also that the mould can contain spores that are dangerous so far all they have done is given them, a humidifier, which is not helping, can my son get out of this contact and move out of the flat or will he have to pay for the remaining 3 months on left on the contract?

recently paid a deposit for 2 flats being built in leeds to my solicitor, he gave the money to the builders not the developers, now the builders have gone bust along with my money which I am being told I cant get back, this must be wrong, surely he should have passed that money on to the developers?? and should have been looking after my intererests Is there anything I can do about this.

I keep hearing about them but I am not sure what they are? can someone please explain for me.

I seperated from my husband 4 years ago so far he has refused to sign any divorce papers but I live over 250 miles from him, I walked out of our rented home with nothing after 25 years of marriage due to his alcoholisim, he has since found out that my uncle is leaving me his house in his will, and has said that he will be entitled to half of this, any legal people here know if this is right, as I feel that this should not be the case.

I cant understand why in these times of economoic crisis the pm wants to spend 30 million giving internet access to children if kids have computers at home it doesnt mean they will learn more, it means they will probably get used for surfing and msn. Surley they would be better off putting more into library;s and extending library opening hours and schools where they are monitered 30 million is a hell of a lot of money in times like this.

Who on earth decided that the olympics should be held in bejing?? are they out of their minds. I would refuse to compete with the levels of toxins in the air, last night it was measured at 230 ( London measures 52) and they are trying to say it is only the humidity. Who are these people kidding, I would not surprise me in years to come if the competiors end up suing large sums of money because of lung problems caused by this. I really cannot see how anyone thought this would be a suitable venue.

I dont know if it is just me, but walking past the local unemployments benefit office it seems the majority of people claiming are young fit and healthy, ok I understand they are claiming money because they cant get a job, but what about making them contribute to get their unemployment benefit, I would love to be able to sit at home all day and get paid to do nothing. surely we could find some work for these people, look how many old people we have that need gardening jobs, decorating jobs, etc etc there are, keeping parks tidy, helping in the community a number of nursery schools would welcome additional help especally if it was free. Could we not give them some work to do and a time sheet that had to be signed then pay them, if they dont work and dont want to work simple they get less. I think being unemployed for a length of time makes them less employable and having to get up in the mornings to go and do something keeps the work ethic strong. Anyone else feel this way??

when you scroll through the pages, why do you get the same questions appearing on page 1 page 3 page 5 etc etc is this because they have been asked more than once or is it a fault with Yahoo..
