I just had my first lazer hair removal session, and its the second day. Is it normal that my upper lip skin has dry peeling spots? My face feels like its been shaved and not smoothed and really prickly. Has anyone experienced this before? Will it go away after the treatment is over?

I am over thinking this, but it is driving me crazy!I know the rule verb consistency is that tenses need to stay the same throughout the clause, but I feel that sometimes is not true.

1) I HEARD that he IS in love with me.

2) I HEARD that he WAS in love with me.

3) I HEARD you WERE sick.

4) I HEARD you ARE sick.

I feel that #2 is correct, because BOTH verbs are consistent with each other. BUT, at the same time, isn't saying that the action of him being in love is done since HE WAS in love with me? Also, I feel that #2 could also make sense, to my ears, it's saying that he is loves me right now.

For #3, to me it sounds that the person asking, is referring to the sick person who is not sick anymore. Because the action of being sick was already done. since we used WERE sick.

Another example

1) I KNEW you WERE going to school.

2) I KNEW you ARE going to school.

It all comes down to when should I know how to use my verbs consistently?

I know that oxygen has -2 charge, and Hg must be 2+ to balance it out.

Right below where sideburns are i have really fuzzy hair around my jaw area. Should i bleach it or what. I am 14 and my mom says to not to ever wax it because i'm growing and my hormones are changing and if i do wax it off i will grow back thicker hair like a beard??!
