Why does my mind wander.. my mind wanders about me losing my mind completely. I don’t feel like me.. when I’m around family I feel like I’m not part of it for some reason everything feels so fake to me. I feel like I’m going to lose my mind for good and go insane is that possible.. also I took Klonopin for like a week and stopped cold turkey.. are these the withdraws ?? Help.

Everything seems so fake, when people talk to me it’s like I zone out and not know who they are. It causes me to freak out. I feel like I’m going to lose my mind for good. I’m on Klonopin for anxiety.. but I only take it when I need it. What’s causing this ? How can I get over it.. I stopped Klonopin cold turkey,, is depersonalization withdraw or dissociation ? Will CBD oil help ? And last question can you actually lose your mind and go crazy
