I want to go solar and I want to produce more than enough electricity to power my house. I m wondering what happens the the extra energy my solar panels produc, after my batteries are fully charged? I m in the LADWP. Does the city buy the extra electricity? or does the city just take it?

I bought my property in 1979 or 1980. It's currently assessed around 180,000$ but the property is worth probably about 7-800k there are 3 unites. a duplex with 2 beds and 1 bth each and another 1 bd 1 bth stand alone. My phone won't connect to my computer through USB or any charger while on. It does however charge when it's off. How do I fix this?

My mom lost my north certificate a few years backs, now I'm 21 and I live on my own, I have been traveling the states but want to travel the world but can't get a passport without a birth certificate. I found the .gov site on google that gave me an application that says I need a notarized proof of birth or something, I have no idea what that is or how to get it. Anyone know the process of how to get a legal full valid copy of a north certificate? I was born I Los Angeles in 1991.

I accidentally scheduled one in November and its for may 9th of this year, I want to cancel it but cant over the phone or online, is the only way to cancel it to drive to the court house and cancel it?

I got scratches in my rear bumper on the driver side and above the bumper and the light, any idea how much it would cost to fix? Paints chipped right above the bumper and the paint on the corner of my rear bumper and a small dent right above the bumper, any estimates will help. Thanks!

it's a thousand dollars off and I would like that, so would I be able to pay the entire car off in the first month or would that not work?

My dad is gonna pay for it but he wont go past 16,500 out the door and the car is 15,545 + handling etc for 16,320 and plus tax and fees is close to 18,000, is 16,500 too low to hope for? I was in the market for a used car until the prices got to close to a new car so he decided to help me buy a new one I live in los angeles (8.75% tax) and been to 3 dealers, two of which dont even have the base automatic model of the car. glendale hyundai didn't have it 101 hyundai(by hollywood (where I live)) said they could order one because all they had were the accent gls with the premium package. and van nuys hyundai which had one for 16,xxx which came out to be 18,800 out the door but it already had 200 miles on it and he wouldn't go below 18,000(it had some accessories)

so is 16,500 fair and would I be able to get one anywhere?

I really don't want a used car after driving this car.

I get paid about 850 a month and i found a place wgere my rent would be 370 a month with a couple if friends, its about a block away from my house but would give me privacy from my famiy.

I would like to build a guest house, nothing fancy, I have a 12ft by 24 ft area to work with and I would like to buy something like a studio or single, just a bathroom a kitchen and living room, bedroom not necessary.

I'm in los angeles california. I need something less than 200-250 square feet, just in the back of my house so I could have my son living there with. I need one to be up to code and I need some type of blue prints or something to get a permit. I would like to do it with permits so after I move I could rent it out as a single or studio.
