  • I think I have some sort random depression?

    A few months ago I noticed that I was getting random feelings of feeling alone, sad and unwanted. I've often curled up into a ball and cried because I was in so much pain and sadness. I'm at a loss of what to do. These feelings were accompanied by thoughts of suicide. I was totally happy before this feeling started. These periods of depression last around 2-4 days. I don't know what is causing it . Right now I'm experiencing one. I want to get help from an MD but my parents don't know and they are in control of my medical insurance. I'm also too afraid to tell my parents what is going on with me. I don't know if I have random depression.
