  • Anyone else fed up with this virus/maleware infested site besides me?

During the last several times I've been on Y!A, my computer has been attacked by malware when I've clicked on a question to answer. This place just isn't worth the risk anymore!

  • Has anyone else experienced infections of viruses or maleware from YahooAnswers?

Three times in the past week, when I've clicked on a question to answer, my computer has been attacked by a trojan! I was under the impression that Y!A was a safe site. Evidently I was wrong!

  • Does anyone know why Yahoo!Answers elected to display the questions in the light blue font color?

The color they have mandated that everyone use/see is difficult to see and read against a white background. Are they just ignorant of this fact?

  • Why do football commentators praise Joseph Addai?

I've watched every colts game televised since 2002, and I see absolutely nothing exciting about Addai. During his first season with the Colts, he promised to be a winning running back, but alas, just like his predecessors he appears to be a bit lazy when rushing the line. This RB, like all the "star" RB's the Colts have had in the past 10 years appears to just not have the heart and will to charge that line and keep on chuggin'! One would think that with all the money he's being paid, he would put forth at least a bit of effort!

  • Har anyone else read this?

    From yahoo news, via AP:

That's just what this country needs. A program to fund the health costs of the illegal aliens that have sneaked across our borders illegally and are actually criminals, for doing so.

House leaders are also still grappling with illegal immigration, specifically whether illegal immigrants — who would be barred from getting federal subsidies — should be able to purchase insurance coverage within new government "exchanges" using their own money.

The White House does not want this allowed, but some members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and other Democrats view that position as too extreme. Hispanic Caucus officials were scheduled to meet with Obama at the White House on Thursday.

The "hispanic caucus'" should be told to GO TO HE!!. and send all their criminals in this country illegally back to Mexicrap where they belong!

  • Does anyone else find this offensive?

Obama's trip to pitch for Olympics to be held in Chicago, his home town? What benifits will the USA receive, if the Olympics are held in Chi-town instead of elsewhere in the world? Doesn't the cost of his trip totally offset any benifits that may be realized? Remember, Airforce One doesn't fly for free, not to mention the gaggle of secret service agents that are not only on the plane, but also on the decoy plane, in addition to the agents already on the ground at the destination. It wouldn't shock me to find out that the cost of this trip is more than the city of Chicago could ever profit from the event being held there. Something more to ponder: Would he (Obama) had made this trip, if the purposed Olympic site been anywhere but his home town? I think not!

  • Did anyone else read the article on the 'Presidents" speech to the public school systems?

I see this a remnant to exactly what Adolf Hitler did in Nazi Germany back in 1938-39-40-41! He too indoctrinated the children of the country into his social agenda. Is this how we want our country run? I think not! What has transpired in this country within the past eight months, has been a travesty on the U.S. Constitution, and has brought about the inception of a socialistic regime, led by none other than the President of the United States! I truly believe that this is the result of HIS indoctrination into the religion of Islam, even though he claims to have converted to christianity. Isn't it time to tell this idiot and the members of the democratic controlled congress, that they work for the people of this country, not the other way around! Change? Is it time for a change? You bet it is! It's time that we as Americans, take back the control of our country. If you agree, give me a star!

  • Is it quite obvious to everyone on Y!A that school has started and all the children are back again cheating?

It would seem to me that these children would be much better off if they would do their own homework and not cheat on the tests being given, by asking for the answers on Y!A!

  • WTF is going on in the mind of Barrak Obama?

I just saw a commercial on TNT television for the George Lopez late night show, starring Barrak Obama, of all people! It's one thing for an NFL star quarterback to make commercials for network viewing, but someone should draw the line on this one! I consider this extremely offensive and degrading to the Office of the Presidency. Don't you think that there is enough going on in this country, for a sitting president to occupy his time, other than making commercials for some "not very funny" hispanic want-to-be commedian?

  • Is this really what the American taxpayer has to pay billions of dollars of our hard earned money for?

"Report: Chrysler to build Fiat 500 in Mexico.", from AP. It looks as though our hard earned money is going to support the mexican government and people, rather than the people and industry of the USA! One would think that after the billions of dollars poured into Chrysler and GM, that at least one of the restrictions would have been to require expansion of these companies to be limited to the USA! After all, this is the primary concern of the American people, not the growth of any Mexican Industry! However I do understand that this will benefit, greatly, those who are so concerned with uniting the North American Continent under one socialist government. This is reminiscent of the way in which Nazi Germany first began it's campaign against the world. Hopefully this one won't end in a bloody war, but that's debatable

  • Oh Woe is me! What to do about those nasty pirates!?

Frankly, I believe that if these pirates were treated exactly the same as England treated pirates in the 17 and 1800's, the problem would be solved quickly! I really don't care whether they are "skinny little malnourished teens" or fat waddling adults! A quick hanging by the neck until they are dead, would be a great deterrent to others who would take up the proverbial skull and cross bones!

  • Are you Angry over bonuses paid?

It seems that the entire nation is angered over the bonuses paid by AIG, mostly to upper echelon employees who were/are directly responsible for the problems with that company. I would think that we would be more angered with the fact that AIG sent BILLIONS of the bail-out dollars to foreign banks in Germany, France and England! It's not the responsibility of the American Taxpayer to bail out foreign companies;, nor to shore up foreign nations banking industries! This is what has me much more angry than the bonus money. How do you feel about sending your hard earned tax money to foreign banks?

  • When is our government going to do something?

That is, something about Exxon Mobile! This corporation is bleeding the life blood from our nation with it's ridiculously exorbitant profits gained by fleecing the American Public! Record breaking $45.2 B profit for the year, even with a 33% decrease in 4 quarter profits from last year? If Obama is so upset with the finance industry in these times of trouble, why isn't he voicing out and doing something about this atrocity?
