I sold something on eBay and printed the shipping label then I went to put the item in a box and found out it was broken. I went to get a refund for the shipping but its been longer then two now the buyer wants a refund and I don't have the full amount because I already paid for shipping. How do I give them a full refund if I already spent the money they gave me to ship the item?

So I just got Xbox live gold after being silver for about 6 months and now they are giving 2 free games away a month. I remember when I had a PS3 you got a free game once a month with ps+ but after ps+ ran out you couldn't play the game anymore is that how It works on Xbox also?

My Xbox 360 DVD drive is ejecting when I press the eject button it only opens from using the controller. If I buy a new DVD drive will that be fixed?

On Microsofts website it says to find the hole on the bottom of the disc tray and use a paper clip but I don't have any holes near the disc tray. I bought it in 2010 a few months before the Xbox S came out and it's the Xbox 360 Elite
