I'm very sure I will have to replace it so really what I want to know is if my insurance company will cover it somehow if the cost to replace it is the same or less than the deductible or will I just pay for it?

Any suggestions other than the obvious like taking him to the vet? I am looking to soothe his dry skin now if possible. Thank you.

I just had a set of four used all season tires put on and the tread is good and they are the exact size but after about 4 days of 1 hour total a day driven each day since they were put on and today I notice what at first seemed like a slash along the tire following the curve of the tire now seems more like a split and there are actually two of the same kind of split opposite sides of the outer side of the tire. Is this possibly from too much air and or age? Any repair suggestions...there is no apparent leaking. Thanks

There is no infection but the fluid won't go away. My son had an inner ear infection at 6 months and the infection cleared up with antibiotics but the fluid is still there. He seems to hear fine and is saying a few words at 11 months now but my Dr said he should get tubes next month if by then there is no change. I'm nervous and worried it could cause damage. Should I be as concerned or is this really the best treatment or can he wait a bit longer without it stunting his speech?

In lore, can more than one person share a dream catcher or no? Odd question, I know but just curious about the superstition involved.

Oh boy this is a tough one! I have been on unemployment this whole year after I pretty much had to take an insulting buyout and it lasted long enough to pay rent the year before so since I didn't work this year and my son was born in June and my boyfriend and I are not yet married and he had only one or two jobs this year then had to have surgery with no disability or any of his own income with a total of maybe a month of work under his belt so what do we do about claiming our son for a tax deduction? Do we? I have people telling me to but I don't know how that works given that he wasn't born til mid June and we haven't had really any real income. ???

My cat wasn't eating at first after bringing him into our front room to eat and get some rest and it's getting wet and cold out but he has always been a healthy cat and only recently have I allowed him out doors. He is eating now but after disappearing for almost 3 days he is very thin. I worry about the weight loss. Can a cat really lose that kind of weight in 3 days if he doesn't come home to eat? He has a lot of competition in the neighborhood for food. We are keeping him warm and inside and fed. He is most interested in tuna. Can he get better. I absolutely can not afford a vet visit. I'm desperate but have no money. Home remedies? Can heart worms do this to him? He does usually get a cold around this time indoors. Also he is past due for his distemper. Any clue what may be the culprit and any suggestions for home treatment? I have a 3 month old at home and will not let the cat inside around him at all and I have not touched him more than a pat on the head...he's just so thin. I'm glad to see his appetite improve each day. Can being starved be what is making him sleepy and making hard for him to want to eat though each day he eats more? As for the fact that I have a child to take up most of my attention well my boyfriend is able to tend to him more and show him he's loved..I know it helps and we play a radio quietly for him too. Poor guy :(

He doesn't look sick but he he is getting too thin and is worrying me. Normally he comes around and calls for food but for two nights when my boyfriend was out of town he didn't even come around. Yes my boyfriend is the one who usually feeds him now since my hand are full with our new baby but he is my cat and has been for 5 years. I don't understand why he won't eat. He loves food! Can anyone help? Thanks!!

Not too runny and not infected looking. Started after he stayed out after a storm. He has recently become an outdoor cat. Pretty sure he is up to date with his shots so not thinking it's herpes so I'd like to try drops but not sure what to use since he only had this briefly a couple years ago with a kitty cold. Then I just wiped his eye with a warm cloth but I think drops might be a better idea now.

Does it matter? I mean honestly I think the best gift would be if I get to have him today!

I've tried local paper and Criags list along w/ driving around looking for for sale sighs and I'm not really too interested in dealing w/ a broker and yes I understand how it works but I don't need one. I do know what to look for and what to look out for. I just want to know where is a good place to look online to buy a home. Any suggestions ? Thanks!!

Just came out of no where and sort of looks like when you wear socks too tight when holding water. Could resting my bent leg on a chair while putting lotion on have done this due to extra bodily fluid?

He hisses only if he manages to see one when the door is opened. He is very curious but seems threatened. I want him to have a playmate because he loves to interact and mostly chases me from room to room which is fine but it's at odd hours and I can't keep it up for him anymore. Anyone have any idea what cat/dog he might play well with? BTW he is on the larger side and kind of a big baby but he does act a bit spoiled. He is most miserable in the winter when he has not much to look at out the window. He loves to watch and scream at birds and squirrels. Should I try caged pets?
