I've been a Vegan for about 3 days now and I really enjoy it, but having Vegan Powers would be pretty dang awesome too! Once i get my powers, are there any mind exercises i should do to keep them sharp and focused?

Hi i'm 16, I started jogging about mile everyday to hopefully lose some weight, I cut down on junk food as well but after a few days i started to notice that i actually GAINED weight. My friends say that i'm not fat but i'm at least 25 pounds over weight. I just want to know what foods i should be eating, I eat a lot of carbs and protein, should i be cutting down on that? Also did i gain muscle mass from jogging is that why i gained weight? I really want to get rid of the extra weight by the end of this summer. If u have any helpful dieting or work out tips that would be greatly appreciated! I am going to stop the jogging for now and focus on crunches and sit ups and other exercise. Will this help me lose weight? It did nothing really for me in the past. I've noticed that i tend to look skinnier after i exercise but i never lose weight. Some insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)

My neighbor is really old and he hasn't been eating lately he can't seem to hold anything down. The only thing he was eating for awhile were some pancake i was making for him since he likes sweet foods, but now he can't even eat that anymore. I wanted to make him another food but I don't know what i could make him. Any food that's particurally good for people who have trouble keeping food down? Any ingredients i should add like cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg,(were in the pancakes i made) ect.? Please help!

its like sometimes there are things that spin me into self loathing nd wanting to be alone and feeling like i deserve to be alone and i cry, and then i can like take a nap and i feel a lot better and im usually super ennergetic and funny but when im depressed im boring and my voice is mono tone and i really dont give a **** and this happends everyday now or every other day, i fight with my mom a lot and shes punched me and stuff or whatever, im 15 so are these mood swings just because im a teenager?

I took the day off from school today and was hoping my voice would come back by now but it hasnt! i can barely talk! i dont want to take a second day off because i would be missing too much and i dont want to walk around school with my voice sounding worse than when i left i know sign language but no one else does... i've been drinking tea all day but it hasnt helped me at all, i also have not been talking that much but my voice still sounds really bad not just the sound of it but also i cant speak loud enough for people to really hear me. I went to the doctor on tuesday but it wasnt for my cold it was for my astma triggered by my cold witch i think is also adding to the tightness in my lungs so i cant get loud enough, i've been taking my medicine for that though.

Pleas any advice would be greatly appreciated!

i've already taken the PSAT's and the ACT's i took today i only gto about halfway through by the time i had five minutes left not a lot of people finished each section but a lot got closer than i did and my friend actually had extra time in each section HELP!
