Recently the neighbors dog has taken to barking at me in the mornings on my way to work. I have had no interactions with this dog except for walking within its field of vision from my neighbors yard while it is chained up. Why does he bark at me?

I walk out of my house and the dog, who is chained up, will bark and pace back and forth. This is new behavior. What can I do?

It would've been pre-2005. A bunch of people are walking down a street and in the middle of the street a man is laying on his back, looking at the sky. They are puzzled as to why hes looking at the sky and one of them asks him. You don't hear what hes looking at, nor do you see it, but by the end of the video everyone is laying on their back looking at the sky.

Does anyone know the video I'm talking about?

I just got back from a trip to Las Vegas and I found a ton of cars driving around with no license plates at all. Not just a couple but a significant amount (spotted a dozen or so in 4 days)

Whats the law concerning license plates in Las Vegas/Clark County?

The transmission fluid seems to be leaking. I've never had a fluid problem with a manual transmission before.

I'm going to take it into my mechanic but before someone takes me a few thousand dollars worth of repairs I'd like to know what it -could- be or what it -couldn't- be.

Am I a UK citizen? My father was born in Wales and I was born in Canada in 1981 (before the 1983 "citizen act")

My mother is not a UK citizen (Canadian born) and has not made an attempt to become one. At the time of my birth my parents were married (if that matters to this situation) and I believe my father was born in the UK before 1949 (apparently relevant to the situation somehow)

If I am a citizen do I automatically qualify for a passport or am I simply eligible for right of abode/citizenship through 5 years of residence?

I'm asking Yahoo Answers because most information I'm finding though web searches is vague.
