Occasionally, i experience a mild case of paralysis in the morning, right after i wake up. This morning i was wide awake but at the same time, completely incapable of moving. I wanted to raise my arm but couldn't find the strength. It's this deep exhaustion and it's unnerving. I have no idea why this sometimes happens to me. It doesn't seem like normal behavior. My whole body couldn't move. I just couldn't find the energy. I have to lay in bed for a good 15-20 or even 30 minutes until i'm ready to move. What are the possible reasons for this? Thank you.

I drink 3-4 large cups of green tea daily. And since i started 3 years ago (i cut it off a year ago for a couple of months then went back to drinking it) i noticed my face and body turn yellow. I did a blood test, and my iron levels are very good for a girl. I'm middle eastern, so i don't think the reason is my race, plus, i was fairly tan when i was younger. Can green tea cause this? Although i heard, it should make my skin glow, not turn pale/yellow. I went sun bathing a couple of months ago after not tanning for a long time thinking that my lack of sun exposure might have caused my skin to be this way. After a while, it faded, i was back to being yellow. Any ideas? Thank you in advance :) p.s i'm drinking it while typing :P

i noticed a bump below my right ear. Sometimes i get this feeling of discomfort in that area. Does everybody has this? Also below my right ear is also a bump but a lot smaller. And also the bump isn't visible. I can feel it only, and when i mean bump, i mean like this small hard ball inside my skin under my ear. I repeat, the small ball is bigger under my right ear than my left ear. So is it normal? Sorry for rambling but i'm in a hurry :P also i'm 17 years old. Female, i'm at a healthy weight and i eat healthy foods. And i was not diagnosed with any heath problems in my life (knock on wood) i tested for thyroid problems and my thyroid is completely normal. I gave those info just in case

i'm a girl, i've asked this question before but i should rephrase myself, i meant if i remove my head hair from the roots using this shampoo that makes the hair just fall off. I've been dealing with hair loss for 4 years and i need to make it better, a doctor told me it's gonna take patience and 5 years for my hair to get better. But if i remove my hair it will grow back in 2 and half years maybe. I'm quite hairy so it will grow fast. Not shaving the hair, but removing it from the roots. I thought about this because i know a woman who had cancer and lost her hair but she took care of it and it grew back more beautiful than ever. So what do you think about this idea?

i've been struggling with hair problems for 4 years, i'm 17. Recently i went to a doctor and he gave me a treatments. He told me that when it comes it hair it is going to require a lot of patience, and i'm gonna have to wait 5 years so it would be better. He gave me another bad news, he said that it won't go back to the way it was. And my hair was gorgeous but things happened and now it's so weak and i have bald spots and hair loss. If i shave my hair and start taking care of it, will it grow to be stronger and healthier, and that's gonna take a few years, i'm a really hairy girl my hair grows fast so it's gonna take 2 and half years maybe. So what do you think?

i take a bath, then the next day my hair gets oily. Not only that, it would have this strong unpleasant oily smell. My hair is already weak and i have bald spots, so i can't wash my hair too many times and i've been trying to make my hair thick again with treatments and stuff because i've been dealing with hair loss since i was 14, i'm almost 18 now. What's the reason for the smell, and what can i do to fix this? Also, do you recommend that i should see a doctor?

i know that they get saggy, but when it comes to size, i read that the breasts might become smaller, or return to their original size, and for some women, the breasts get bigger. Also including the fact that she lost the baby weight. Thank you

Hi, I'm a 17 year old girl, and i lost some weight recently. 13 kilos (about 29 pounds) in approximately 6 months. So it was nice and steady, not a drastic weight loss. Anyways i have this flabby skin around stomach region. Now i have been working out for 9 1/2 months now. When i contract my stomach, it feels rock solid, very hard and awesome. But it's covered by some fat. When i sit down, i get stomach rolls and such. I just wanna make my belly region flat and my packs to actually be visible! please tell me how to get rid of this extra fat. (i should say that i'm pretty skinny and that kind of fat is on plenty of girls, it's not a big deal at all like the kind of belly that nobody cares about. But i would like to look athletic and in great shape, with a firm stomach. I wanna sit down and not get any stomach rolls).

i'm 17 years old, at age 15 i got my period at the same time i was on a diet, so iron deficiency was a problem because i was on one of those crazy diets, at the same time i was very aggressive in combing my hair, i took baths a lot and my type of hair falls under soft at the top, and rough on the bottom. All of those factors contributed to hair loss, for the past 8 months i've been trying to repair it with eating right, shampooing it less and giving it an oil bath every week but it's not growing much. It has improved for sure, but not as i hoped so i was wondering if someone would give me some natural ways to increase hair growth, because it is very frustrating, i'm insecure because of my bald spots please help.
