Ok, I've been bleaching my hair with the same old stuff for about 3 years and I need a change! Since my skin is pinkish, should I go with a more neutral color?

I worked for 6 years at a customer service center in Wisconsin that had a union contract. Under that contract, we didn't have to clock out to go to the bathroom. A new company took over and made me clock out to go to the bathroom. If I had to go to the bathroom to blow my nose or go to a fountain to fill my water bottle, I had to clock out. I filed a complaint with the department of labor and the ownership of the company is still unknown (under investigation). The new company made me clock out to go to the bathroom. I didn't think that was lawful and after not to long, I couldn't do it any more. They cut my wages by $700 a month and thought the work conditions were unreasonable. Now I have to file an appeal. Did anyone else get fired for this and get unemployment? Since I am on medication that requires I use the bathroom frequently because of medication I am on, do you think I should file a discrimination complaint? Any words of wisdom out there? Thanks

I've been in telecommunications/customer service for 6 years, and my company was part of a hostile take-over in June. I have a fear I will lose my job, and I need to make a slamming resume`. What do HR people think of two page resumes? Should you just included recent educational information or all of it? I have 4 degrees and a high school diploma. I have been working in the clerical field for 14 years, should I include all work experience? Should a person include their volunteer work? As a clerical person, would it be wise to include all office machines/wpm/kpm/software I can use? What are some good rules of thumb? Thanks!

From what I understand, in some parts of the world, bags of water are used as a shield against radiation in hospitals from x-ray machines.

Hi, I'm 28 and I've been having symptoms of implantation bleeding for 10 days. I took 2 at home tests which showed negative, but it wasn't the early morning one.

So, I went to the doc and they did a urine pregnancy test, this showed negative also. I've been with the same partner for over 6 years, and we never use a condom or birth control because I have bad reactions to both. My lower back does hurt and my nipples changed from a light pink to light brown. They didn't do a blood serum test. Could I still be pregnant?

Hi, My fiance` and I have been living in this apartment for 3 years on a month-to-month lease. Since we have moved in, we've both started using inhalers (which we didn't use before we moved in), and we both have been getting respiratory/sinus infections. Well, about 20 minutes ago the bathroom ceiling fell on my fiance`. On the back of the wood, he said there was a TON of fungus. If we get tested for fungal infection, is the landlord liable? Anyone know a good personal injury lawyer? Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Hi, I'm doing a series on psychiatric medication on youtube. Primary reason, a group called CCHR (Citizens Commission on Human Rights) is trying to outlaw all psychiatric medication and psychiatry in general. There's this guy who runs www.angrygaypope.com. He protests Scientology with a group called Anonymous. He was protesting on Highway 79 outside of Hemet, California in the County of Riverside. On January 6 he was outside of Goldbase with Attourney Graham Berry, and a former Scientologist.

They were engaging in peaceful protest when a woman from Scientology, Muriel Dufresne, presented AGP's medical records to police. She then forced this man to admit those were his medical records and that he was HIV positive. He signed no medical release form and she should not have had access to those records.

She had said the church didn't want anyone with HIV protesting outside because it would put the residents at the Goldbase at risk of catching the disease. Please bear in mind he has no physical contact with any people from the church.

This is blatant discrimination, illegal, and just plain wrong. I'm extremely upset that this happens in America. Please help me find resources to help report this abuse. Thank you

Hello, I'm going to school for Medical Terminology/Transcription. I don't like the idea of a 4 year college because I lack patience. At any rate, I would like to make myself more valuable to a company and wonder what language should I learn first to do so? I know the basics of Spanish, so that's a given. However, I wonder what other languages are in demand? Does it even help to be bi-lingual for a prospective communications job? I would think so. All input appreciated. Thanks

Hi. I went from having clearwire internet to having charter. My computer got a virus, and we had to delete the whole hardrive, which means I lost all my drivers. Tech didn't finish connecting new modem to ethernet connection. I have the driver now, can someone just tell me how to connect it? Thanks

Well, here' the situation. My fiance` and I want to buy a home, and we also want to help take care of his parents. They own a mobile home that is in excellent shape and was even examined by the state (they are disabled). So, we wanted to move them onto property with us. Who would I contact to get requirements? Do any general rules apply? The reason I'm asking is that you don't run across homes very often that are zoned for that kind of thing, so we figured we would have a beter chance of doing it ourselves. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I have an weird question. There's an employer I know about that reports he is paying employees more than he actually is, and the employees are getting taxed more highly. His wife is his tax preparer. As a small business, do you pay less taxes if your employees are in a higher tax bracket? Is this illegal? Would there be any finacial benefit to doing that? This is in the state of Wisconsin.

I visited the dealership recently to have my oil changed, a blinker fixed, and brake pads/routers to be replaced. When I got it back, the check oil light is on (they probably forgot to do it because the window sticker didn't change either), my brakes still grind, my back tail light is cracked, and I found green residue in the radiator. An Alero is a GM product that takes dexcool, which is red in color. Do you think I should even bother taking it back there? What could happen to the car if those two things were combined? thanks in advance for helping!
