Is this complex soluble in water? Alcohol? Acetone?

I want to open this file in an application using the app's link with dropbox. I've done this with several other textbooks but this one does not even show up in my dropbox folder. I was able to transfer it via iTunes but the only app that had access to the file was iBooks and it was unable to open it. Does anyone know why this is happeneing and/or how to solve the problem?? The deadline for posting them was 10 days ago. I have contacted the dean's office and they have made several attempts to contact him by phone and e-mail but he has not responded to any of these messages nor the e-mails which I have sent to him. They say that there has never been an issue like this before, and they don't really know what to do. I spent 15 weeks working hard to earn an A in the course and I'm worried that they may try to give me a pass/fail grade which won't transfer to the school i am attending in the fall. This school also is hounding me for my final transcript and I don't really know what I can do. Anyone ever heard of this happening before? What happens? Thanks.
