Ok ppl so here is my question ... Can someone please explain to me how modern day Jews are revered as white or non colored when in the bible , the twelve tribes were black and roamed around acient Isreal. After doing some historical and biblical research at the University of Michigan, i have come across literature that suggest that ALL African American ppl are in fact the true JEWS! This is just a basic question to gain more information and insight as to what ppl think or believe, and i am sure it will ruffle some feathers, however please be kind in your repsonse as this is not intended to offend.

i went to a party and ate lots of cupcakes on a certain holiday. is that a sin? will i be forgive? or will God make me eat until myheart is content.. yummy cupcakes.

ok, so i am pissed off at my fellow chrisitians rite now: earlier someone asked this question...How do Christians deal with the mistakes in the Bible?

For christians who know that there are mistakes in the Bible, and still believe in God. For example...

Goliath was slain by Elhanan [2 Sam 21:19] OR The brother of Goliath was slain by Elhanan [1 Chron 20:5].. any many more>...

I was shocked to see that ppl who say they believe GOD agreed that the bible was contradictory.. what the hell??? EVery beleiver that answered this question agreed it was a contradiction!!!! I read the scriptures and ironcially the person who posted it left out very pertintent information in both scriptures that changed the meaning of the word and in fact both scriptures says the same freaking thing.. WHY would beleivers agree with satan and refuse to study the word for themselves. ppl please this is why we are mislead.. The bible says my ppl perish for lack of knowledge!!!!.. believers can u please tell me why some of us do this? there are no contradcitions just misinterpretations and ppl trying to corrupt the word of GOD!

Ok so my question is, Why is it taboo or rude to say someone is going to hell.. or why is it bad to say you are going to heaven... case and point... i am a believer in GOD and if or when it ever comes up in conversation, i tell ppl that" i know i am going to heaven"... and then on the flip side of that token, if someone that is not saved or asks a question about where they will go.. christians act as if they are scared to tell them that they are goin to bust hell wide open... i dont get this... I have had ppl say "sweetheart, dont say you are going to heaven, cause nobody knows if they are going 2 heaven" this to me is a crock of lies from the pit of hell.... GOD told me in his word that if i did all the things HE told me to do that i was going to heaven, so why cant i proclaim it. What makes it soooo bad to voice it!

What, do some Christians or believers not believe what the WORD says!!! He also told me where those ppl who dont heed HIs word will go, so why not just tell them the truth. it is 2008 and it seems christians are trying to be sensitive to everybodys "feeling"... i say tell them the truth and quit sugar coating it for them...they know full well what they are doing and where they will possibly go, so you arent judging them, rather stating the facts!!! What do u think?

I am a Christian and to me december 25th is just a commercialzed day for me.. . I feel no different on that day than any other day. i understand that sum religions and believers regard it as Jesus's b-day, but for the life of me i can't figure out why we would do this.. Now,i am not a over religious zealout who dont beleive in celebrating. For my kids sake i do buy them things, not a lot , but i buy them gifts b/c I hate to see them feeling left out when everyone around them like other friends and family get gifts...With that said i treat them to a few things.. I guess the day really has no significance to me b/c i praise GOD everyday and feel that i don't need to do it only this "one " particular day. Besides since it is 2008 and most of us know the meaning/history behind the holiday why do we still get so caught up in it. is it that Christians don't want to face the history behind it so we just say we are partaking in JC b-day celebration so we wont feel like we are celebrating a useless tradition.. I was just thinkin about this and was just curious. Really do we really feel that JC/ GOD is happy about this. Aren't we suppose to be this "happy" about CHRIST daily? I'm not saing its anything wrong with believers or nonbeleivers partaking in the holiday, but particulary it seems beleivers get into a religious frenzy.. IDK i guess i just feel like as saved ppl we shoul be on fire for Christ and representing HIM 365 days of the year. at least i am , but i can't speak for others.... Just wanted to know your thoughts!!!

this will be a long shot but my Godson and i have been searching vehemently for the lyrics of an older Black Gospel song or the artist...

i don't know all the words but here are some parts to the chorus that i do know...This may not help at all seeming as the song really says the same thing throughout just in different keys or octaves while the lead can adlib. remember this is the chorus only. the song says a lot more but unfortunately we can't remember the words but we know it when we hear it!!!

I ask b/c i used to be a devout atheist/agnostic until GOD showed up for me 1 day.....BUT , now i wonder if there really are any true atheist rather people who don't know what 2 believe or are confused as to what they should believe so they just choose to not believe in anything. I personally don't have a problem with non-believers or anything that they say against GOD.. for the bible tells me people will do this anyways, so i actually expect it, and their beliefs do not bother me one bit. I was just curious as to what non-believers would say to this question...
