I am taking photos of clothing to sell online. what is the best lighting to use so that i dont get any glare.

i went to get advice and the light i was told to buy (i think its a white light) is crap everything comes out pale and blured. the cameras fine but i dont have much natural light in the room so lighting is needed. thanks

i left my permanent job about 3 month ago after being bullied by my employer for the 2 years i was there and after being further punished for standing up for myself. obviously i left on a negative note and tok time off to recover from the effects of this.

i am now seeking a new job and would love your opinion on what to tell employers about why i left without sounding like a victim (which i refuse to do) any suggestions. cheers
