Hi, I’m currently working with a few non-profits that are registered and well known. Although they do not typically accept vehicle donations, im wondering how that would work behind the scenes.

Example.

Registered 501C: recieves vehicle donation, they have a list of individuals awaiting vehicle donations, the people are not employed by the organization although affiliated by servicing. (The organizations are designed to service those select individuals)

What happens with the title and processing during the intake of such donation?

Would the organization be required to sign the title before handing it over to another person? Or would they legally be able to accept the donation and have the client take ownership without them having to claim it and file the required paperwork with the state?

Any .gov .org .edu etc sites with info would be greatly appreciated.

I just spent about an hour writing this, and it was way too long and I was only half way through this mess. So, I'm just going to give you bullet points... Deleted, let me try this again. You know what, I'm not going to say anything other than She is a singe mother of 4 kids doesn't have a job, my father pays for everything, and we are both fed up with her and her sh*t.

My dad doesn't want to kick her out with 4 kids, he spent his money to move her from Utah to Arizona because she had no where to go, so he would just be kicking her out in a totally different state and he doesn't want to leave them stranded as much as he just wants this sh*t to end. The thing is she spends all his money, and quite frankly my father and I don't have the money to move her back to Utah, and neither does she. My dad and I have talked about this, and we're not quite sure how this is going to go down, but they need to gtfo. And she is in complete oblivion, she thinks she's living in heaven, anything she wants is granted. But it's coming to a corrupt ending. How do we go about this situation, I was thinking about going to a church and asking for their help to move her and her kids back. My dad and I want to move to Hawaii. She wants to go, but there's no way in hell. How can we accomplish this transition? We can't afford to move her out. Any advice? So I live in a motel/hotel but the top two floors are for residents. I'm a resident here. I told them from the beginning I plan on staying for a while. So I moved in July 14, 2015. Just under a month ago. They recently changed the residents price per month to 650 a month to 750. The change was made July 1. All residents that have lived here prior to July 1 pay 650 a month. My neighbors, we have a shared bathroom... pay 500 on the first and 150 half way through the month. They've lived here for 6 years now. The issue I'm having, is they won't allow me to pay monthly. They're reasoning is that if I can't pay weekly, I sure can't pay monthly. The weekly rate is 250. I have lived here for almost 4 weeks, my rent is due August 11, 250... I have already paid 1000 and I haven't even been here a full month. I'm living in a shifty part of town because the rent is cheaper, but I feel I'm just being taken advantage of, because I don't know what to do, so I'll find a way to pay it. But it's unfair. Really. Is thus legal, I'm paying more money for rent that anyone else who lives here!! And I don't know who the real manager is, as the day manager is the one who is persistent on my 250 a week, every Tuesday. The night manager is only in charge during night hours. And it's pretty much the two of them, that run the place. Please help me

I got a 1997 isuzu rodea at an auto auction,, completely trashed with 194,000 miles on it.

i had its -rear differential service

-transfer case service

-auto transmission service

-got new headlights/wiper blades

-changed the oil

-and changed oil filter......

its rear abs and brake light was on,

i took it in to get it looked at and they said it needs new

-rear brake repair with new brake pads

-new rotors

-and a new caliper

i want to know if i should just replace all brake pads, and if so how many would that be, ive read that some cars have two brake pads per tire? it does have both four wheel and two wheel drive.. Also, what else would need to be checked out or worked on? also with the transmission, i dot know, like it goes up to 3rpm just getting up to 35 before it will switch gears, whats that all about? its a wonderful car and i just need to know how to best take care of it// repairs..

*the manufacturer recomendations is to get the front differential service, but im not quite sure what its purpose would be..

they also recommend a radiator service and a fuel filter replacement.. what would the benefit be with these services/what would they do...

*i put that mystery oil in my gas tank that helps clean out carbon buildup and whatnot..

So, a few months ago I joined care.com because I was looking for a job and whatnot. Well, last month I actually got a job(I love it) last week I got a boyfriend, well, a couple days ago a family living in NYC(across the country) messaged me, they're interested in having me as their caregiver. But I can't decide whether I should take it or not. Like, a huge part of me wants to, but then there is a side of me that's showing me how much things have gotten better.. For example, I got a job/bf, I'm planning on moving out soon. I just can't decide whether I should reply to them or not. My hearts telling me to, but my minds telling me to not to.

So, a coworker of mine always jokes around saying he's a part time lesbian.. We all laugh and make silly jokes, and it's all fun in game. But. One day, he was taking to my guy friend, saying he (pt) wanted to take a walk. So my friend was just like sure okay. Well, he(pt) was wanting to go outside to a corner so no one could hear them, then in a serious manner was like, you know I joke a lot about being a part time lesbian, but I really am.

I'm asking this question because we're just curious what it is. We aren't hating on him, or judgmental, we just wanna know what it means. :P

So, here's a little insight of my creepy neighbors. Well, they live in a big darker blue house. With an monstrous tree that takes up half of the house. You cannot see through the front window or one of the bedroom windows because if the tree. The other bedroom has blinds and they're NEVER open. They look and talk super creepy, they're all a bunch of "hillbillys". The dad acts like he knows a lot about machines and what not, but e broke my moped when he was looking at the carb, and he has a truck in his yard that no one drives let alone touches. Okay, another creep factor, they have gravestones in there front yard. There's four of them. A couple broken in half. They display these gravestones in the middle of there yard. Once when I walked over there I noticed that one of the daughter looking girls has a baby that had a bunch o bruises. At first I didn't think nothing of it because my niece(same age) gets a fair amount of bruises. But earlier today, I got out of my car, in front of their house, and I heard a baby crying. Not like, feed me, I just took a ago kind of cry, like a screaming for dear life kind of cry and I also heard the baby crying no, several times. I don't know what to do!? I'm super confused about what to do, but I know for a fact that they are who they say they are!!! Advice&/tips please!! I'm super worried about that child!!!!!

Earlier today, my friend and I were caught shoplifting. Unfortunately, I just turned 18 and am being tried as an adult. She's 17. What is going to happen. We were shoplifting from Walmart. We are just about to graduate, and I'm planning to move to Arizona next week. Is there any way that I can persuade the judge to drop my charges, or even make it less? And how much should I expect to have to pay? I'm really anxious.

I read somewhere that Adderall cannot be addictive if you have add or ADHD because your body isnt dependent on it. So if a person was to go on Adderall, for add and or ADHD purposes only, would a person become easily addicted.? Also what is the tolerance thing. I know after a while of repetively taking something your body becomes "immune" ish to it. But would the doc gradually increase the dosage? One more question, about estimated does the perscription cost, month suply? Thank you, I am trying to inform myself on all the different add and ADHD medications(for somewhat "options" to go over with doc)

I think that for a 16 year old, I eat a lot of greens and fruits.

So for the past few weeks, I have had this "thing" with apples. I LOVE THEM!! I never used to eat them. I eat 3-5 apples a day. But that is not the only fruit/veggie I eat. I also eat oranges, kale, baby spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and corn/broccoli. So I know that I am also eating "healthy" but is 3-5 apples a day okay, I have read up on it, but most of the people only eat apples and junk, also are apples suppose to make you poop or "detox" cause I have been eating extremely healthier for about a week now, and apples for like 3 weeks now, so blah blah blah, my true question is 3-5 apples a day okay?

I generally eat about 1000 to 1500 calories a day, I am trying to lose weight. So basically, I used to drink a soda or two everyday, and I have cut out soda for almost a year now, since dec. 31 of 2010. And I haven't seen any weight loss, and if anything, I've been eating less and more healthier foods. Wtffffff? And I exercise Monday through Friday for about 30 minutes biking, and yeah, I keep a journal of my food intake, so yeah. I cannot figure this out, obviously I'm not calculating it such correct. Please help?

So there's this kid in my stained glass class. He is so cute, he sits at my table(: everytime he laughs at whatever, he looks at me, to see my reaction. Everytime we talk, his pupils dialate(; and he's just so cute. Anyway, today he was asking about winter formal, he was asking if they are on sale yet, and then I pretty much told him im not sure, then he said something like I was going to ask this ........ Then some rude Mormon interupted him, an I asked what? But he said never mind!!! I feel so stupid cause in the middle of the convo I pretty much told him that I dont go to school dances! Then like 20 minutes later, after class, I found out that the dance is a girls ask boys thing!! Agar, I feel like I blew it! But there is a wierd thing, he is one of the popular stoner (stoners are 'popular' at my school) an well, I have smoked but it's not regular. But uhm, he is really good friends with my cousin, a lot of guys are, so, and I just found this out! What do I do??? Btw one of my biggest fears is rejection so......!! Help??!!??

I was watching too fat for 15 once and they were talking about if your whole household is skinny, and you're far, there must have been something traumatic or such that happened. This made me think. I thought about it and I couldn't think of anything (this was like two months ago) until today. I saw a picture of me in 2009 and I was so cute, I miss that body. And I was thinking, right about when that picture was taken, my sister got kicked out of my moms house in Utah, and went to live with my dad in Arizona. All growing up, I just had my sister, my mom was never really "around" and looking back at it, I felt like she left me. Ever since she left, we were never as close as we were before. She used to tell me everything, and I as well told her everything. Then she moved back about 6months-1year later.(to Utah) and she lived with my grams, we started getting that closeness back. Then my mom kicked me out and I now live with my dad, and my sister now has a kid, and named it after the baby daddy's sister); and I just feel like I have lost my sister. We never really talk anymore. It's sad); and I'm just trying to put the puzzle pieces together. Please if you have personal experience with this please feel free to explain what you went through, and how you felt, cause I feel like I've lost her. Could this be a possible reason for weight gain? I am 16, about 165 lbs, and 5'7" ish. Ive been this weight since 2010, and in 2009 I was about 115. Nothing else "traumatic" has happened. Thank you for reading this(;

So when I was like 4 a doctor told my mom to watch for scoliosis, cause she has it, and it is generally passed down to girls. So, when I was like 13 or 14 I regularly went to a chiropractor, but I only went for a few months. Then when I was 15, I moved out of state with my dad, and I haven't seen a doctor or chiropractor since 13 or 14 ish... And well, when I did go to the chiro, he said that I have a broken disk, which worsens the curvature. And recently I have been having really bad back pains especially when I lie down, I have a hard time going to sleep cause of the pain, and I seriously feel like crying most of the time! What do I do? And my dad isn't really the type of person who goes to doctors or anything so.....,, please help, I am sick of the pain.!!!
