2. From being at rest, a 30kg child goes down a waterslide 20m long and with a 25 incline, on which friction is negligible. He then arrives on a horizontal section that has a drier surface to slow down and stop the people from sliding. The child slides a distance of 8m before stopping. What is the magnitude of the force of friction?

Im more inclined right now to buy the amd processor because it operates at the same speed at i5 without needing to boost, lower price and better L2 cache memory (i assume, dont know anything about caches). However i5 has way more hits than the phenom which i think is because Intel is more trusted.

Which one would be a better buy?

btw, im not trying to build a super gaming computer, only one that costs around 1200-1500$ if it will help with your suggestion.
