Two people close to me have been involved in cases of domestic abuse recently and i'm becoming concerned for the safety of both individuals. Violence erupted the other night that left the victim bruised and very frantic in her actions and there was no excuse for the males act.

I've also seen violence from the other partner towards the other (female towards male) and that's not safe of healthy either. I am worried that sooner rather then later someone is going to get seriously hurt in this and neither are taking actions to quell this or seek outside help.

Is it possible to get the police involved in this or any other outside departments to help?

I was chilling out with my friend the other day and had some music on in the background. I had it on random play and a Petey Pablo track comes on called "vibrate" and I'm told to "turn it off and I shouldn't be listening to this kind of music". When i ask why I'm told that its because i'm not black and its black music!?

I show her my other stuff like little wayne and Nas and she again comes to the same conclusion that I shouldn't be into this kind of music. The funny thing is she has Justin bieber on her Ipod and when i question that the Response was, "well that's different".

So does she make a valid point or is it racist??

I'm sending a rather large package to the USA but so far private firms like UPS and so forth are quoting my around £100.00 for delivery which seems extreme! the package weighs about 10 kg's and is 58(L)CM by 30(W) Cm by 40(H) Cm.

Any advice on the best and most cost effective way to send this?
