For example, I am a member of a website where I sell digital art. I don't own the website and selling things on it is free of charge to me. I have agreed to the terms and conditions of the website, but if I wanted to add rules specific to my art, could I create my own personal terms and conditions? Assuming that the larger website's terms don't specifically prohibit that. And if I asked people to agree to those terms, would their agreement be legally binding to them?

My dad and brothers and I made a furnace for smelting and the only thing we still need to get is something to hold the molten metals in. The furnace will be hot enough to melt aluminum, but not steel or iron. Where can I get a relatively small steel or iron cylinder or container? Home Depot and Lowe's had nothing and most junkyards won't let you take or buy stuff.

The area we need to fill is about 5 inches in diameter and 10 inches deep.

Our wifi, Ethernet, home phones, TV, and everything else is dysfunctional at the moment. I have a couple friends with the same issue, just wondering if there's anyone else? And if so, does anybody know what the heck is going on?

Not the opening theme, but the one that they play when the Doctor figures out something important... It's mostly string instruments, and the melody is a trumpet that goes kinda like

and it's really catchy but I don't know what to look up, because if you search "the doctor's theme" you just get the title music... come on whovians help me out here

She's amazing. We love so many of the same things, I trust her with everything, she's completely adorable. I only met her two years ago, but she's quickly becoming one of the most wonderful people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I don't think I'm in love with her, per se, but I really want to be something past friends.

I know it probably sounds like one of those stereotypical friendzone things, but there's one thing keeping me from asking if she feels the same.

I'm a girl.

I know she's bi, and I am as well, but neither of us has ever been in a relationship with a girl.

So I guess my question is directed at lesbian/bi girls... How would you feel about it if your best friend confessed her feelings?

I have a friend who runs a blog. She fails to understand why she can't give away her name, age, or address over the Internet. Can somebody who knows how to explain this problem please do so? Not just that people can track her down. Our school does enough of telling us that. But HOW people can track you and watch you, even with the smallest shred of information. Be as terrifying as you want... She needs to learn, but I lack the ability to enlighten her.

This is not a joke. An online friend of mine has been receiving messages threatening her friends and family. Not sure if they're death threats or not. I don't know much about the situation (how the guy is contacting her, anything about him, heck I don't even know where she lives) but she told me she didn't know if she would "survive it". Even if I've never actually met her, or even know her name, a person's life may be at stake... Is there anything I can do, legally? Can I take this to my local police, or would I have to go to hers? What should I do?

So, I recently made a Minecraft server and it's working well, my friends and I are able to connect when I have it open. But I know a lot of servers have advanced features like, for example, giving each player one item when they spawn, or portals, or permissions (opening chests, placing/destroying blocks, etc.). So, is there a way I can set up things like this?

Other info: My server is a Hunger Games, one use only, six player limit not counting my ops. My default is Adventure mode, and with the update players have the ability to destroy blocks but ONLY if they have the right tools. I'm on version 1.4.2 and Mac.

As in, you twisted it too far. It's been on my mind for a while :D

Don't ask how or why, but I have about a half inch of my braces wire sticking out from my back right bracket. Before i bent it, it was embedded in my gum but now if i move my tongue around to much it gets stabbed. It's impairing my ability to eat and speak(I can drink alright) but I can't get to the ortho until next week. I know they can replace the wire, so what can I use to cut off the pokey bit? (that will fit in my mouth, preferably something I'd have lying around anyway) also just to clarify, I don't have any wax (it's also too long to cover) and literally my only options are to a.) live on water and smoothies for a week or more or b.) cut the damn wire. I've already tried kitchen scissors, nail clippers, and these flower stem clipper things. i need food lol! any help appreciated :)

Ok so I know im being really picky, but i just scared myself half to death watching grimm and theres no way im going to sleep with those mental images. i cant get on a tv, computer or anything, I'm on my iPhone, so websites that require flash player, etc. that won't work on mobile are useless.... I'm ok with making an account on something but I don't have a credit card so it has to be free... also my YouTube app keeps crashing so I can't use that either. again, sorry that it's so specific but my situation is limited :)
