Let's say a band was coming to your church to lead worship. What 10 songs would you want to hear.

My voice is not weak. I've been told that it's pretty good, but I know it's not great. I sing for a rock band and I really want to add some range, get better at supporting the big note, and annunciate better so that I can overcome the southern accent that I slip into at times.

Vocals are a very crucial part of the success of a band and I want to push myself to the max before I step back and just play guitar. At any rate the betterment of the band comes first.

Any ideas on what helps when trying to polish up your vocal skills?

My band is trying to raise some money to buy a van. We are now playing shows all over the southeast and renting a van isn't cutting it anymore. I'm tired of breaking even. Of course, we are playing shows and selling merch, but we are trying to raise money at a rapid pace so I want to hear some ideas that you guys and gals may have.

We don't have a bank account because the bank told us that the band couldn't open one without a business license. We don't necessarily have the money to pay the hundreds of dollars right now to obtain a business license. If we did, it would still probably be in the form of checks and/or money orders. Just trying to figure out how to turn these money orders into cash.
