I am not too sure. I know he wants to make Israel more moderateand not let Jewish-orthodox controle so much of everyday life but if he doesent partner with Tzipi then he will be forced to take sides with those who sit in opposition. -which will also strain the relationship w. america since america is hard lining for a "Peace" deal. pshh.

What am I missing here? What would others oppinions be on this? Curious how others percieve this Bh"

Most commercials aren't captioned and I dont understand why. They are missing out on a huge audience. According to A.D.A. Dont they need to be?

I cant stand to watch television anymore because of this. Even if no one is talking you need cues to know what your supposed to be seeing right?

So Why hasnt anyone else brought this up or tried to change such. Do we not deserve to be consumers as well or do people think we will sit this one out?

What can we do to change this. I would like it more accesible for me and my community.

I have a few questions.

Iam profound Deaf and one my friends told me about a new thing that just came out Closed captioned radio. but we both don't know how it works. Anyone know. i know it is new. but Iam curiouse I would love to try even if turns out radio is boring.

What does one do to add excitment to life? iam usually happy

times I worry nothing else out there for young adults. after you get a job, in school and have a house what next. I feel I am in a slump and dont know how to add new excitement.! I get bored also stressed with rehtoric. What do you suggest?

I am not sure anyone else cares or have this question , may be dumb however I am Deaf and would like enjoy some you tube videos. Is there captioning or a program can install that can caption. I know of D-pan but they only have 2 things. I am not looking only for sign just captions.

I am getting together a deaf film group. I have done some producing and think would be fun to put together an all deaf film group kind of like D-pan. If you think is a good idea let me know. :D

? Iam thinking this is same for all communities, do you think we can become any more consumers than we are. That is all it seems our society wants us to do. Go to college so can make money and buy things...buy buy buy. but can we actually swing so far we go the other way? I know I take part in this alot as well but just looking at commericals its about buy this buy that and I have started able to predict trends by commericals. Do you think it can get worse? Or will it even out sometime?

I am just wondering how fun it is. If you are thinking it is hard.

I was not mainstreamed so I am interested. I have heared horror storied but would like to know if any good.

Was it easy to interact or did you feel excluded.

Do you think you would feel more normal if went to deaf school.

Do you think only HOH students should be mainstreamed and not profound.

Do you think it is harder on a student,since many people including teachers thing Deaf are mentall y incapable.

Do you think it hindered you from getting a Deaf identity as opposed to mainstream world trying to so to speak "Normalize you"

I never went to mainstream school so pretty much never had to deal with hearing world.except with my siblings. But I grew up with regular School and teen problems. Not having communications barrier is important. I am just interested in seeing the pros and cons.

Anyone have any advice IE; Graduates, current students......

Why in your oppinion are hearing always wanting to "FIX" Deaf or deaf poeple. Such things like CI.I have not met any (D)deaf friends that would want CI.

To throw stuff like this at us or parents who choose CI for their kids is not a good thing. That is the one thing we dont want someone to take. Which is our identity. The CI and H.A. and all that just puts us in a wierd limbo of not deaf but not hearing. Better to have the two cultures seperate. Hearing will never understand. we are not broken. so why you are trying to "FIX" us ?

Planning trip to New Jersey. I am wondering which places are best to visit. Any ideas. I love museums history art coffe shops, and stuff like that. I do need CC accomodations.

Iam deaf communicate ASL only. I am not sure if should apply for the job.Is a good job opportunity though.

I have notice that deaf are always looking for hearing partner..I dont understand..I am also deaf but never date hearing. Is harder because hearing arent understand, Most dont know ASL, and are always try make deaf like hearing .

Why on here is always deaf look for hearing partner?

This is my second post on subject but would like new answers. Almost profound deaf have hearing boyfriend. Iam thinking maybe to get bilateral HA. I am function most in Deaf community. He is thinking is good idea to look into I am thinking about it. We do live together may make it easier. I am not even sure if will help any though. I mostly use sign. Also another problem I am fearing if my Deaf friends at school and work think iam abandoning my culture. Would like oppinion of Deaf, Hearing or HOH people thanks!

any deaf friends on here want to start a group...I only hang out with Deaf people who ASL...

Why do hearing always stare and ask questions like deaf are aliens...same as you just cant hear...and why if there interpriter are they always talk to the interpriter....why are hearing always rude and shut off to Deaf is what i want to know

currently there isnt one in the area...If anyone is interested please let me know how to do this...I do help with HLAA but it is most old people..Most kids from Deaf school arent associate with other Deaf. They are mainly mainstreemed. How should I start this...:D
