It's the final scene of the episode and Ricky is sitting on his apartment floor and throwing a small ball against the wall repeatedly, after returning from his HIV/STD testing. While he throws the ball and listens to the song - he's interrupted by a call he ignores, then his mom is banging on the door and he lets her in...the end.

This song is heard during the entire final scene. The lyrics I can hear include:

I already learned that Dan Foliart & Molly Ringwald are credited for Secret Life of the American Teenager music but cannot find the music or lyrics anywhere. I really love how the song is sung and I would love to be able to hear the entire song and see all the lyrics.
