Obviously an acquittal would do that. But what about a hung jury or a conviction on a lesser offense?

Last month, my wife and I paid out credit card statement in full as is our custom (about $859).  We used the same billpayer feature online as we have done for several years.  This is the first time we’ve ever had a problem with it.  The check was cashed and endorsed by the credit card company. However, they claim they 

never received the money.  Our local credit union insists that they did receive the money and cashed/deposited our check.

Do you have any suggestions about how to resolve the situation?  We have already sent them copies of the front and back of the check. 

A news alert just said that the FBI sent a memo to law enforcement agencies warning about armed insurrection at all 50 state Capitols and Washington, D.C. starting Jan. 16.

Is this a credible threat?

Will there be empty rooms in nursing homes for the foreseeable future?

Is there any evidence that water can be infected with the virus?

What if your job says they will fire you if you don’t get the COVID-19 vaccine? Or what if your university says you cannot be enrolled without it?  What if you apply for health insurance and the company jacks up your rate quote because of not having the vaccine?

I personally support vaccination, but I know some people who don’t trust the government and will refuse the vaccine. Should those people have rights against educational and employment  discrimination?

He obviously isn’t going to come out and admit that he lost the election fair and square. He needs to maintain that it was totally rigged and a massive fraud.  Is there a way for him to concede while maintaining his pride?

33 states and the District of Columbia already have one. The other states “strongly encourage” face masks.

People say a president can only get one or perhaps two major policy changes enacted.   For Obama, that was fixing healthcare.

Dealing with COVID-19 is obviously Biden’s immediate and # 1 priority.  But what is his number two policy priority? 

“I won this election by a LOT! If Biden somehow manages to steal this election, you won’t see me again. I will simply leave the country.” [Twitter has blocked this content because it might be misleading.]

Or will they just hiding his posts about voter fraud?
