When I go to update it it just freezes up. Is there a different way to get it updated without uninstalling it

the last pair of pegasus i had which was the 29 had the little slot in the left shoe. im sad to see this feature not be in the new ones! im looking for some solutions as well. the lacelid looks like its one of the better options but theres a few i will iink that i have tried researching. and just before anyones asks no im not cutting a hole in my new shoes .

ok so i go to connection settings and i hit scan and my lynksis router comes up 100% connection and on the next screen i hit none then do not use. then the connection fails to optain an ip adress or something the 2nd thing it checks for but it found everything else.

my mom has tried to fix the problem by uninstalling it but it wont reinstall so it stays set up the same way. on my ipod touch the same problem i have 100% connection and it wont let me acess youtube.

can anyone help me figure out whats wrong.
