Acts like it has no power and jerks constantly until i let off the gas. Only 35000 miles, still under warrantee but don't feel like dealing with the dealership without some idea of what's wrong

i have a new 10" cerwin vega stroker. i need to know where i can find the specs to have a box built for it. i will be putting it in the trunk of a 2000 z24 cavalier. i have everything set up in the car as for wires and dry cells i just need to get the box for it.
