I would like to lose 25 pounds in 3-4 months?

I got a treadmill and I need to lose weight IM 5'6 and 148 I was 156 I lost some weight. But I need to get down into the 120s. will a treadmill help me? how long should I run and what else should I do to get a flat stomach and lose weight? thank you

When you think about it we live in a very judging and kind of scary place. Everywhere you go is fear, on planes, in cars, even just walking you carry fear. Today is Martin Luther King Jr day, what happened to the world? why is the world like this today? Also what do you think is the worst thing that's happening in the world?

This boy is in my 8th grade class, and since 7th grade when he came he would make fun of me everyday and call me fat and chase me around and kick me in class and punch me and throw things at me. But recently he has stopped 4 or 5 months ago he has been acting really nice and fist bumping me when I get a goal in gym and will say good job Vic. and my family only calls me Vic, no one else does at school but him. And today in science he punched my side and I thought he was going make it hurt but to my surprise it didn't it was a playful punch. And today we where play fighting I guess at the end of the day of school in the classroom kinda jokingly swearing saying come at me mother bleep. And I'd push him and he'd push me and I'd punch him and he'd push me and then I grabbed his hands and pushed it on his chest, I've never been so close to him ever. without him being violent. he even dressed liked me and put his pants up around his belly button and his shirt in haha that's what I like to do. why is he doing this I thought he hated me thanks :-)

I'm breathing kinda heavy and there's red dots back on my tongue and there kinda big and I have almost a pink mini tongue in the back its not the uvula its coming up from my throat. I showed my brother since hes the only one awake and he said there's something wrong there's red big dots in the back of my tongue and a mini pink tongue, its called a eigtos, or swelling back there what should I do??

my throat feels weird likes it kinda closing and it hurts to swallow, I took some honey because my mom said it would help but it didn't so I ran to the bathroom because I thought some things stuck in my throat, and pucked alittle it didn't help. I'm not going to the er because I don't have asthma it has been like this for the past 6 or 7 hours what should I do my lips aren't blue, and I can breath its just a little heavy. what's wrong with me what should I do besides go to the er??

Today I had to go to the vet and put my Guinea pig down. She was 6 years old and was the best pet I've ever had. She was my brothers birthday present when he was 9 he is now 15 we shared her both took care of her and loved her. It broke both of us when yesterday she couldn't walk on her left leg and was in pain, so me my brother and mom took her to the vet and she had a tumor and gas in her stomach that was why she couldn't walk because the tumor and didn't feel good. So today we called and said the medicine she gave wasn't helping so he said we should put her down. I took her out in the car and petted her and told her how much I cared about her. And I wasn't brave enough to go in the vet to see her die. After 10 minutes alone crying I ran inside in the rain and got there just before they gave her anything. My mom was crying so was my brother. So the vet came in and gave her a pain killer shot and then the sleeping shot. Everyone cried and petted her and told her how much she mattered even if she didn't understand. She died about 10 minutes later, and I kissed her head and petted her dead body and just petted her with my brother. The vet told us to say goodbye, and we did and he covered her up with a paper towel. And I waved goodbye and I can't get over her death, it happened a few hours ago, and I can't live without her 6 years we where so close. Did everything together, ate food, went over the covers she would steal and hog all the space even though she's tiny I'd give her baths say bye and pet her everyday before school. And would take her out whenever I came home from school. She was my best friend. And I can't live without her we had to take her cage apart and the table next to my bed where she use to live is empty, it feels like part of me left with her. It feels like a dream, I can't imagine this happening. :'( How do I get over her death, and p.s I saved a lot of her stuff flowers I put on her bars and I'm wearing them around my wrist, I'm sad help..

I ask simple questions and no one answers unless its a poll. I said my Guinea pigs during nothing!! All I want to know is how to get my Guinea pig better and no one helps me.....

today when I got home I picked her up and she squeaked really loud, and I set her down and she couldn't walk on 1 leg her left, she's bloated, and we took her early to the vet who said she doesn't have feeling in it and has gas formed in her stomach. I love that Guinea pig had her for 5 1/2 years he gave us medicine she took it he told is to make sure she its vitamin c and anything with color(vegetables) she's not in pain anymore and is walking better since she had the medicine and the veggies with vitamin c and orange. Why is this happening to her? she was fine two days ago and she has a tumor and swelling that he found, why does it effect her now? I love her she was my childhood pet to and if I lose her I wouldnt know what to do, I even cried I can't watch her suffer. If she's not better my mom wants to put her down, how can I help her get better, I can't let her suffer or lose her, she's basically me only friend (I'm bullied). What should I do please I can't loss her!!!!

OK I just want to be normal, I wish I was like everyone else, ever since 3rd grade I was out there, I was taller then everyone And slightly bigger and I still am, not only that but I get made fun of everyday at school, people kick me, punch me, call me fat, say im a freak and no one would care if I died, people make fun of how I dress even though we where uniforms. I hate feeling like a outcast or someone no one likes. I want to lose weight I'm getting a treadmill will that help. I'm not that confident so people doing this makes it worse. will losing weight help? any ways to lose 20 pounds? I'm currently 148 and 5'6 tall. :-) thanks

I'm afraid because of hijackings, crashes in water, sets on fire, or someone pulls out a gun... I'm scared I'm going to visit my aunt and I have to take a plane any help?
