How much does an octopus cost and what kind/size of aquarium would i need and how much would that cost?

I am planning a video game that I will try to make and i need help with coming up with the main character. It takes place in a zombie-setting just after everything goes bad. He needs to be:

So we had to do book reports so I read The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini and really enjoyed it. But is it school appropriate to do a written report on it given the subject matter? I'm in 10th Grade

Do you think that we should make it so that every US citizen should be required to serve for 2 years directly after high school? This doesn't have to be military service, but could include firefighters, nurses, EMTs, police people, public construction and so on? And why?

So my monitor on my PC isn't working. When you push the power button on it a little thing comes up saying "No Signal" and R,G,B over the red green and blue, and then the screen goes back to being black. The tower works, and you can take CDs out of it, but they don't run if you put them in. The wireless printer also works, but i dont think that that is related to my problem. I've already checked and made sure that each cable/cord was plugged in all the way so idk what's wrong. Thnx

I think that I would like to make a country, so how would I do this without taking over another country? Could I just succeed from the US after I've bought land? What countries could I buy land in and succeed? Could I make it like a Native American Reservation? What islands are available and/or not part of a country? Just anything to do with acquiring the physical property would be helpful. Or anything about border laws if there are any.

I have a Nokia Lumia Windows phone, and recently it just stopped allowing me to watch videos or listen to music. i cant open pandora and i can get to a youtube page but when i click a video it says loading, and then goes back to the page i was on.

I was wondering why a lot of americans have the attitude that they are entitled to everything and should get whatever they want when they want, and do what they want without any consequences? I am not trying to be judgmental, I've just noticed this.

So i asked a question, wondering if anyone thought they knew what the secret to immortality was, and it was flagged. i asked y it was flagged and i end up getting attitude from some bratty girl who, from her profile has spent more time and effort trying to get people banned from this site more than asking and answering questions. i was just wondering if anyone THOUGHT they knew how to get immortality, not trying to get "giggles" or anything. anyways, is there a way to block people like this, or will humanity have to suffer from their continual existence on this site?
