He has asked me to come over to his home & wash his hair (I used to be a CNA/HHA & did this for a living). I have not seen him in four (4) months because I started remembering him sexually abusing me as a child & I've been having severe anxiety. I have put the hair washing off for 10 days already, but told him I would stop by this coming Saturday. The closer the date gets, the more anxiety I have about following through. I don't care if I ever see him again at this point & although I would like to tell him everything I'm remembering & feeling, I'm afraid his response will be denial or worse... I have 5 other siblings (2 who help him, but not with his hygiene). I am the only one he sexually abused. He tried to do it to my sister & she fought him off (that's when he turned to me). Anyway, any words of advice are appreciated. Thank you.

Using quickbooks, it shows we owe $392.40 but my boss/the treasurer says we only pay anything over $500.00. Can anyone please confirm this? Thank you :)

I was diagnosed with a bone spur from one source. Recently my primary DR referred me to physical therapy. When I found out my insurance does not cover it, I decided to continue living w/the issue.

I am unable to lift/raise my left arm as high as my right. Sometimes it can be quite painful. Most recently I can hear the bone rub against another bone, click.

Does anyone experience this? Has anyone ever been successfully treated w/out having surgery? If so how. Thank you for any help you may have with this.
