I am looking for some kind of adapter for cameras and webcams that can pivot up and down with out having to tighten any knobs on the side?
for example a some webcam you can pivot up or down and it will stays in place, without having to tighten any knobs on the side.
i will use this for a webcam that does not pivot.
I have a mini tripod ball head, but this needs to be loosened to pivot it them tighten to make stay in the position i want.
do thy make some thing that lets u pivot up or down and stay in the position you want with out having to tighten any knobs on the side?

so we are in the Philippines using prepaid WiFi and so in are place both brand have
a weak signal Globe and Smart and one is weaker then the other the Globe is the weaker one and i think it is because the cell towers are far from are house so we did have a signal before with Globe but now nothing with are phones using smart brand phone service we do get a signal but a weak one so i bought a Outdoor LTE 9dbi MIMO Antenn for the Globe but does not work on the model we have so we would have to buy the bigger one to let use use the antenna but the brand smart also makes a prepared WiFi but can not connect a antenna
so should i get the smart brand as we do have a signal but a weak one or should i just get another Globe that has no signal but with the antenna we might get the signal back but no way to be sure

in the pilippines thy have 220 volts but it's not a steady volts it fluctuates as it can go over 220 and under 220 so my 1120 volts devise need a steady volts of 120 so i want to see if i can use these both together or is that Secure 220V Computer AVR only for a computer
