In Cobber's Pose (Baddha Konasana), my legs reach no further than six inches off the floor and my right heel wants to move away from the left. This is surprising, as I think that my right leg should be more supple than the other.

In Burmese Pose, with left leg at the perineum, the right knee needs support from a Block, until after ten minutes, the right foot can be placed on the left calf, with the right knee supported.

With right knee there, the left leg needs support, again for about ten minutes, until both knees get close to the floor and need no support in Quarter Lotus.

If I played my Guitar and stumbled over a particular note, would my audience know it from the music alone, ignoring my body language? There would be no change in the rhythm, it would just be out of tune or scale?

Not having someon'e full attention might lead to misunderstandings and repeating what's already been said. What's your preferred method, please?
