I just bought one but have no idea what to do with it... Do I just twist my hair up and clip it in pointing downwards, upwards, sideways...?

I had my tragus pierced about a week ago, and it is still weeping/bleeding on and off. Mostly when I sleep, so every morning there is a sort of crust around the hole.

I'm cleaning it twice a day with special spray the piercer gave me.

Is this normal?

Just curious about people's experiences with boarding schools. What were the best/worst things? Any special memories you want to share? Anything else on the topic? :)

I've recently taken in a rescue rat and I noticed she's scratching a lot. This is in addition to normal grooming. I've looked through her fur and can see no signs of any eggs or visible parasites, nor can I see any scabs.

Could it still possibly be a parasite of some sort? Should I treat her just in case? If I was to treat her and she didn't have anything, would it harm her? I'm just paranoid as I don't want to introduce something to the rest of my group, this girl is still in quarantine at the moment.

Also, what is the best thing to use to treat her? I'm in Australia btw.

I'm looking for a middle name for a baby girl called Lily. I'd like something short, preferably one syllable, but something that's cute too. I was thinking Lily May, but it doesn't feel right. Any ideas? I'll also consider longer names, as long as it goes with Lily. Thanks.

I've often seen a group of women around town and I'm just curious as to what religion or whatever they may be. They all have really really long hair, wide headbands or bandannas, long skirts and clothes that appear to be homemade. They don't wear makeup. I don't think they're Amish because they drive a car. If you saw my question yesterday (I think) you'll know there's a pigeon hanging around in my yard. It's a racing pigeon and I managed to get a good clear photo of the life ring and got the contact details for it's club. I live pretty far out, so they can't come out here to collect it, and I have to return it.

Only thing is, it is seriously fast and it isn't injured... So how do I catch it? I've tried to get a blanket over it, and I tried to squirt it gently with the hose but it still flew. How do I catch it so I can get it back to the club? I don't want to hurt it.
