My, Cat Urban is not allowed to go outside by himself, he used to but the we got into neighbour problems with him then they called town and we got into some trouble.

If they seem him do "this" again, bad stuff will happen.

So now we go outside with him with a leash.

It's been now around 2 months, and now Urban is really getting sick of this.

He does not like me following him outside, well I have to follow him since he is on the leash.

Today, I went outside with him (on the leash, of course) and he started meowing really sad, this happens all the time, since he is not liking this but today he also started to hiss at me, which got me really sad and about to cry.

Urban, usually wants to go to other peoples property, like to their front door, or places where I cannot go with him.

I don't want my Urban to be sad or anything.

Please help me.

How can make him happier when he goes outside?

Please give me reasonable answers, nothing such as build a fence (he can climb them, EASILY) or move away with him to another house, since we really cannot move right now.

I have a PHP error on my register script it is:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LOGICAL_OR in /home/kevinrox/public_html/include/session.php on line 60

And on line 60 it says:

Ok also, I hatte alles port forword gemacht dan wollte ich eine static IP adresse machen qber wen ich Submit drucke es gibt mihr ein fehler, da steht das das der flasche Default gateway ist aber es ist nicht!

Bitte hilft mihr und ja ich hatte CMD bennutzt.

I today went to the balcony with him to go outside a little, He actually is not allowed to because he is too young and does not have his winter fur yet!

So once I went inside with him again he kept wanting to go outside again, but as I said he's too young and I do not want anything bad to happened I LOVE him soooooooooooooo much!
