That fast-talking, double talking Neel Kashkari refuses to answer the GD questions. Kashkari and cohorts at the Treasury have been moving billions to foreign banks. Obviously, they knew where this money would go all along. That means that future taxpayer revenues will belong to Chinese and Arab banks!
