Using the limit comparison or the comparison test only. I think it diverges, but can anyone help me show the steps regardless?

My professor asked me to use the Comparison or the limit comparison test to solve this, and I don't know what to compare to. Can some one please tell me how to go on about this problem? I am really lost.

Okay, firstly, I moved into US in the middle of my junior year from Bangladesh, which happens to be a 3rd world country. When I moved here, I started going to Royal palm beach high, which is not the best of schools, but I did not need ESOL to get in even though I came straight from bangladeh, which I think might be a good thing for my resume(??). Anyways, I got a 1270 in math and reading for my SATs ( 680 M 590 V) and 740 SAT math 1 and 720 in SAT math 28 on my ACTs. I did not have any AP classes for my junior year because I came in late, but will they take that into consideration when they make a decision? also I have a 4.15 HPA, and have 4 AP classes in my senior year ( Calc AB, Chemistry, Government and AP English lit). I was selected as the pathfinder nominee in mathematics for my school, participated in the high school A team, and science fairs. I used to be in interact club and Science club in Bangladesh. So please let me know. O and I also got accepted to Purdue and Georgia Tech recently.

Okay, So I took the october SAT, and my scores came back 28th of October. I finished my application for Purdue University just today. But I think my scores were sent before today, probably yesterday? What happens if my scores reach the college before I actually turn in the application? Should I send my scores again? Because the deadline for purdue is 15th and I really want that deadline. Please Please let me know what to do.

Also, can anyone please tell me if I stand a good chance at purdue engineering?

Okay, so here's the catch. originally, I'm from Bangladesh and immigrated to the US in January 2010 during my junior year. The education system, specially the grading system in my school is quite different and way harder than the US. Because during my freshman and sophomore year, whatever the GPA I had rose up to about 3.67 after my junior year ended. I had 4.00 in my junior year. My teachers have told me that I am one of the best students in the school. But since my GPA was converted, my GPA is now 3.67. Anyways, I'm quite sure that I'll get about 3.9 or 4.0 in my senior year. And I have a SAT score of 1880, for which I hardly prepared. If I take the SAT on October again and my grades go up substantially, will I get in to University of Florida or UCF? And also I do not have the records for the Cricket and Soccer I used to play in Bangladesh. What am I supposed to do now to show UF that I do have great Extra Curriculars? I have 4 APs in my senior year. Calculus AB, Chemistry, English and Economics. Please let me know.
