Last batch of television shows to clear up. I'd like to know which of these are worth my time and effort, and which are not. Rating should be from 1-10. 1 being "absolutely not" and 10 being "watch it right now". I already know what they're all about, so simple ratings should suffice. Thanks for the effort of responding. I just started watching this show, but I know that from season 4 onwards it really goes downhill. That being said, should I stop at the end of season 3, or should I keep punching through the mud?

I hate the internet. I really do. That being said, I finally got around to watch the show, but two things were spoiled for me. Now I know that two characters will eventually die: Robb Stark(mispelled?), and the undefeated, warrior guy with the long hair, the badass.

I didn't read the books or anything, I just wanted to watch the show, seeing as though everyone says it's one of the best.

So, is it still worth the watch with those spoilers? Cheers.

I'm not joking. Ever since I finished watching it, I have a hole in me I cannot seem to fill.

I've watched Cowboy Bebop, Monster, Trigun, Elfen Lied, and currently Durarara, but viewing interest is nowhere to be found. It died along with the end of Death Note. Sure, they're pretty good, but I feel as though the aforementioned series spoiled every other anime shows for me.

I want to know if I'm the only one that's experiencing this, but keep any kind of spoilers away at any cost.

I stopped watching after Opie died. I was looking forward to Jax becoming the leader figure. That's why I kept watching the show. It got too ridiculous for me, and Opie's death was the final strike.

Have I missed anything worthwhile? Don't care about spoilers.

There's the protagonist, and there's a side character. Problem is though, it's possible that I made that specific side character much more interesting and believable than the one who was supposed to lead the story.

The "hero" in this, is much more passive than your usual good at everything, banter speaking one. He has flaws, he has qualities, but I wrote him in a way that he doesn't realise he's leading anything. He thinks that my side character is in charge.

Any thoughts on how I could flesh out his personality/decision making abilities more, in relation to that awesome side character? Thanks.

Hit me with all you've got. I'm not joking. What are some themes, premises, or stories, in writing, that you wanted to encounter, but they've not been fully explored. They're uncommon. Nobody seems to notice or they're too difficult to get a hand on. What are they? Cheers.

I'm considering changing up my story, and I'm looking at the possibility of having a female companion or important secondary character. In relation with the male protagonist, what are some of the most annoying and boring cliches you find in stories regarding this kind of relationship? This can range anywhere from not liking each other at first, then falling in love, to the "will they/won't they" scenario. It can be anything. If it's a cliche you're tired of, write it down in your response. Thanks.

At first glance, it might sound like a stupid question, but read on to get the full picture.

I'm writing something. It's different yet familliar. I want to give the readers a worthwile ride. I don't just want to write for the sake of it. Leaving that behind, the question is as follows:

When reading, are you attracted more to stories which paint the picture for you, or you tend to like stories that let the reader create all the little details(with the story only giving them points of reference)?
