I remembered this short film today, and that it was really good but I forget the name.

It's very very short, less than five minutes I think.

It is made of separate clips and segments about random things going on in different rooms in one apartment building. For example it would be like, in room 24 the faucet won't stop dripping. In room 498, a couple are fighting. The events get progressively more sad.

And I remember that the last line is like "the man in room _____(dont remember) can't take it anymore. "

I wanna say that the last room number is the title of the film, but I can't be sure.

I would like to know how this money is being distributed.

Is it given to the state and local governments? Or private sectors?

I'm just trying to figure out if this money is going when he says its going, how it gets there, and how long it will take.

Arguing why Obama's America Job Act won't help to stimulate the economy.

(and please realize I was assigned this topic and argument (for all you liberals out there)).

What I'm wondering is how this money is given to help the things it says it will. (if that makes sense)

Specifically. With the preventing teached layoffs, modernizing schools, infrastructure: all of the topics covered for putting people back to work and modernizing America.

For instance, does the government give money to the states and local governments who in turn determine which schools to give it to or what to do with it entirely. Do they give it to the schools directly?

Or same with the construction, Is the money given to the states or the private sectors that hire the construction workers.

Please, please, please. Any information is very helpful. If possible an article or link would be absolutely fantastic (for my citations). Thanks.

Was it any good? The scenes that were put into Arcade Fire's music video looked pretty interesting.

And do you know where I could watch it?

I'm going to babysitting an eight year old girl this summer. And I'm not sure what to do. I know that I can bake and do crafts and stuff like that. But it'll be for six hours a day and thats a long time to kill. I think shes to mature for pretend games and I really dont want to stick in front of a tv or computer all day.

Any suggestions?

It seems like our educators put so much pressure on kids these days to get into a good college.

I remember teachers started to talk about it even in elementary school.

I'm just curious to know when people, whoever they are parents, teachers, peers, started to emphasize how important it is to do well now and get into a good college.

This morning my 2-year old hamster woke me up. He was making these sneezing noises and trying to go underneath his tiny food bowl. I thought he was dying. He's had several seizures ( I think they're seizures) today and when I lift him up he makes these small nosies. He's still alive, but he eyes are shut closed, he's not moving ( though he has these sudden outbursts of movement ), and he's still breathing but soooooo faintly is hardly noticeable. He's very stiff like they are after they die too.

I googled around and so far my theories are:

Hibernation-( but that doesn't explain the seizures)

Coma

Stroke

Diabetes or

Respiratory Infection

I know. I know I have to take him to a vet. So if that's all your going to say then just forget about it.

On the other hand if you have ANY INFORMATION to offer then it will be greatly appreciated

One person said that they made the head out of foam and wire. And then they spray painted and painted it.

I was thinking more along the lines of wire and paper machete.

I am trying to smoke chicken in an offset smoker. i use walmart brand briquettes and hickory starting with 25 pieces and adding 5 every half hour . i keep the buttterfly vent fully open and the smokestack damper halfway shut. but the external thermometer reads 150 constantly. i need 250 atleast and i dont know how to get it hotter? is it the charcoal? the vents? the smoker itself?or even a discrepency in the thermometer. please help, i have a chicken brining and i need this info by tommorow

My rat, Franklin, is behaving very strange and I'm very worried. When I hold him, he's very fidgety and is always moving backwards. He keeps his head turns sideways so that one of his eys in facing the ground and one is facing up. Plus he's always licking me. He acts pretty normally in his cage, but then again I only notices it today.

Any help if appreciated and I do plan to take him to the vet. Thanks again.

i have 2 beta fish(tom and jerry). tom is fine and floats in the water; but, jerry is always on the ground and struggles to eat his food, which floats on the surface of the water.sometimes i think he is dead. my dad thinks i should trim his fins to make him lighter. what do u think?
