What is it called when all the basic ground work for a new science/technology is already there and multiple people come up with the new knowledge at the same time?

I'm thinking of doing the farmers market thing next year. I was wondering if anyone knew of a website or a link that showed how to make cheap bushel baskets that do not take much time to make. I've got some ideas but would like to see something someone else has done successfully instead of trying to reinvent the wheel

My son is bipolar. He has been committed over 8 times so far. As he gets older, he is getting more dangerous.

I believe that I can no longer care for him and that he presents a danger to himself and others. DHS will take him inpatient long enough to get him stabilized, and then the cycle continues again. He will lie about taking his meds, or pocket them in his cheek and spit them out when no one else is watching.

I believe the only recourse left for him is long term commitment. I love the little guy, but am reaching the end of my rope with him.

BTW Every close relative of his that is male is also bipolar with the exception of myself. I suffer from depression and mixed modes but do not cycle into full mania.

I have an older F-250 7.3 liter diesel truck.

Yesterday my clutch quit disengaging when I pushed in on the clutch pedal.

I checked the resevoure and it was dry, I refilled it and purged my slave cylinder. Hydraulics, on the surface, appear to be operating correctly

When I push in on my clutch pedal, it only wants to go down halfway and still does not want to disengage. The pedal returns normally upon release.

Any ideas? the best I can figure is I bent the forks going to my throwout bearing.
