I'm an American living in London for a few months and I went to a Starbucks the other day to order my usual iced coffee, but despite me asking 3 times for, what I considered, an iced coffee I got an iced latte.

I don't hate iced lattes, but it seemed a little strong for me. Do you have any alternatives if they don't have them on the menu?

I went on the UK Starbucks website, but didn't find an iced coffee on the menu. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Oh I also bought an "iced coffee" from a little shop in Shoreditch and I was given more of a coffee slushie with milk, but tasted just like black coffee.
