I went to a Lexus dealership in Texas to look at a 2004 Lexus RX 330, as I have heard that they are reliable It has 80,000 miles They were asking $15,500. I offered 14,500 on the condition that a independent mechanic looks at it. The mechanic said that it was good with the exception of a slight rack and pinion steering leak and that the battery was weak. Probably because it hadn't been driven lately He said that it didn't need replacing but within a year or two. My mechanic at home said that it would cost $1600 to replace, and that they should go down at least another $1000. They did go down another $500. The salesman said that they could not go down any further, as it was normal to have a slight leak, and they replaced the timing belt and water pump. My sister wants me to buy it, because it only has 80,000 miles, and have it fixed. I have noticed that Car Fax reports other RXs have had to have it replaced around the same mileage. I have also seen others with a clean report with only maintenance.

My sister is used to leasing a car every two years.

I have missed out on other clean RXs, as I have thought the price was too high.

My mother and I were visiting my sister. My 87 year-old mother wanted to watch Joel Osteen or Hour of Power. My 36 year-old niece said that we don't get those stations and didn't look for the station. Last year when we visited we could get the station. I could have taken mother to another room to watch TV. Just curious.

I bought a used Marantz SR7400. I don't have a manual and my computer won't allow me to download one.

I have a Sony KDL-40EX400, a Panasonic DMP-BD65K, and the Marantz receiver.

I think that I am going to connect a HDMI cable from the DVD player to the TV and a digital audio cable from the DVD to receiver. Is this OK? Do I need to hook up RCA cables also?

How do I reprogram an ATT U verse remote? It doesn't turn off and on. It does everything else. Can I fix it without messing up everything else? This is my neighbor's, and he doesn't have a computer. I don't have access to the codes, as I don't have ATT. He doesn't know the specific model number of the TV. The TV is a Sharp- about 3 years-old.

Should I buy a Blu Ray with DLNA capability? My phone and my computer don't have DLNA, but my father said that I would probably use it in the feature.

I want to buy a Sony 40" TV KDL-EX400. It is the same price at Walmart, Best Buy, and a locally owned high end electronics store. Even Amazon. Does it matter were you buy a TV? I realize this is a low end TV. Even if it's a Sony.

Is it OK to have it shipped or is it better to pick it up in person?

Is there a security application that runs on the SD card and doesn't drain the battery?

I'm using Lookout Mobile security for Android- Epic, but it seems to drain the battery. I like it, because of the anti-virus, back-up, and GPS- if lost. It doesn't seem to slow the phone down also. Should I stay with Lookout

Should I exchange my Samsung Moment for a new one or get the Hero? I couldn't get a data signal for the last couple of days. It also goes into airplane mode by itself and you have to reboot it. Sprint suggested to replace it, as it is a known problem. I really like it when it works correctly. The keyboard is a plus. I have a couple of days to decide.

Are people trained to be courteous and work hard anymore? I trained the people who worked for me to treat everyone equal, and too provide detailed information when someone asked a question- Too bend over backwards and be very polite.

I went to a phone store to buy a phone and they looked at me like I was a homeless person. I then went to a discount store, and had the same problem. Then, I called the service provider, and they said that the phone would be twice as much as last week. She wouldn't check into it. She said that's what the computer says! I was looking for a high end phone and drive a high end car. They were waiting on the teenagers.

I phoned my oxygen provider to see if they could have oxygen sent to my hotel for a possible trip, and they said it was my problem, because that I was going on the trip! Another man told me that I needed to do research on the internet, so I would knew about oxygen regulators, because I asked a question. Isn't that their job?

Maybe it's a first generation workforce or a titty-baby generation?

I was considering getting a prepaid Rumor Touch with Virgin. Virgin uses the Sprint network. Do Virgin phones roam when you can't get the Sprint network?

I looked at the maps and it looks like Sprints coverage is larger than Virgin because of the roaming areas.

I work outside the city, and with my Current Sprint phone I only get 2 to 3 bars. Do you think that I should stay with Sprint for the better coverage? Or go with Virgin Mobile?

Do you have to stay with a perpaid phone plane or can you change from month to month?

For example, Boost has Pay by the Month for $50 or Pay by the Minute plans- 10 cents a minute or 35 cents aday for web. Can I change from Pay by the Month plan in August, but then swich to Pay by the MInute plan in September?

I hope that this makes sense? Which is better service?

I need to upgrade my phone without a data plan from Sprint. Should I get the Intrepid? Can I use the Wifi free without a data plan? I've read that Windows processor is slow (Phonescoop.com). It's about $99. It would be nice to have a pocket PC, but not if it isn't reliable.

I'm also considering Lotus Elite and the Rumor Touch ($45 maybe free)

Sprint said these didn't require a data plan.
