I was young and didn't know what I was doing. I bought a car at a used car lot for $8,000 , the car lot owner told me he would pay or fix any problems I had with the car after i signed for it. well it broke down the very first day. they worked on it that day and the next day it still didn't run right. He told me i would have to pay to get it fixed (that liar) anyway Ispent over $2000 off my own money to get it running and it never did run right. After over a year I quit making payments on it to buy another car so I could get to and from work. the finance company Jayhawk called me a few months later and told me they would come and repossessed the car if I didn't start paying on it I told them the whole situation and that I could not pay it because I had to pay for another car because it did not run right. I told them to come get the car and they did. Well I thought that was the last of that bad deal, until a few months later I received in the mail a bill stating that the car was auctioned off for $316 and that I was responsible for the rest (about $6,000) I told them to suck it. Well 15 years later they called today & said I owe them $15,000 for late fees & penalties. Please give me advise to get out of this BS mess. There is no way I can pay that. Can they make me.

Still a lot of debate on certain things in the bible between christians. One debate that interests me as a christian is over Jesus & God. Some believe Jesus was God in the flesh while some believe He was the Son of God. What do you think & explain your answer with scripture. Thanks & God bless.

I have a friend f/33. Got drunk & took rx pills & attacked old woman next door. Facing battery2 & pi charge. She doesn't remember anything. Can there be a lesser charge she can ask for in court? She's not denying it happened. She just don't remember. She wouldn't intentionally hurt someone like that. The old woman was not hurt & has forgiven her for it. We live in Arkansas. Any answers will be appreciated thanks.

I'm a dad with custody of my child. Her mom was ordered to pay $25/w child support. My child receives a ssdi check every month. Her mom quit paying child support because she said she didn't have to pay if my kid is getting a check. Is this true or do I need to take her to court?
