Hi there! I am 18 y old male, 5'11+ and 140 lbs, and i run nearly 37 mpw. Since last week , this question has been jumping in my mind that if someone runs on an empty stomach at 4 am (that i usually do), then which element does our body burns first - muscles or fat or both equally or first fat and when its over then muscles/protein?

I have a body fat % of nearly 12 , should i add more protein to my diet...?

while cleaning our house, and when i connected it to my 3.2ghz c2d PC via USB , it doesn't recognize the device.I have genuine windows 8 installed. I searched through google and found the product details and nothing else.PLEASE if somebody can give me the link to the driver software of my webcam, i'll give 10 points and lots of thanks in advance.

And yes, u guyz must be saying to check for an installation cd, but my dad lost it, and even if it was there,it wouldn't have probably worked on win 8.

Additional Details:

the webcam has "QC2, PASS, PC CAMERA, DY 688 , 2006" written on the back of it.

Hi guyz my cousin was playing this game Farmkill in which you have to protect your farmhouse from zombies.She loves this game and don't leave it for hours but she asks me time and again to unlock those goozy boozy guns and weapons and sorties for her and it needs money count in that game. What I wanna ask is that isn't it possible to edit in the settings of the app and simply increase the money count with the help of any program or any "crack" you should suggest. Please help me I have promised her to unlock the guns. Please anyone?? Thanks.

Hi guyz, last week i decided to join a gym,i am a long distance runner and like most athletes my body is kinda skinny but ripped, i am 5'10 and just 60kg,now i have decided to put on some lean muscle weight (NOT FAT) on my shoulders and back and biceps,so what exercises should i do and in what quantity?

Hi guys is some1 of u a teen , please help me out i am having this acne from past 2yrs and my elders say that its a hormonal problem and common in teens and will vanish after 18 but now that i am 5 months past 18 and they dont seem to go away.here is my pic ,http://goo.gl/8huhd you can zoom in on the forehead and chin.You know i eat 3 eggs, 1 litre milk, 2 oranges, some chicken and other rice etc..Sometimes after a rigorous workout they seem to be pressed but to say it came back in 2 days.MAN this is Frustrating,why on this earth god made Acne????
