I'm a member of ancestry.com.au but have exhausted all their resources for some ancestors so where can I go besides cemeteries to find information? Where are census records kept and can you search more extensive ranges of births, deaths and marriages at major libraries? Specifically in Sydney, Australia? I'm restricted to searching online for deaths up until 1979 and births up until 1909 on my state's database.

In particular entry points and how to get in. I'm keen for some underground exploration.

I've only been a casual fan since the mid 90s and more so over the last few years so I'm not sure. I know the previous Ws winning team (prior to 2008) was considered one of, if not the best in their history but the current one keeps producing. List how many years you've ben a Phan too.

I'm a new fan and so far it seems like Gagne or Briere in attack or Pronger in defence.

I want to eat only egg whites but don't want to waste money on whole eggs. I think you can get bottles of egg white in other places but what about Australia?

I've heard about using energy drinks or drinking coffee before exercise and using protein bars or shakes for recovery but what exactly are the best things to do before and after exercise to lose weight and recover properly. How do you not feel like crashing after a workout?

I'm not sure which it is but I get it occasionally from the way I sleep (on my side) and it's killing me now and I want to fix it! It usually goes away after a day or so but I want it gone now because it's stopping me from doing things. I've tried ice and stretching but it didn't help.

I've been treated for Kerataconus for many years and the cost of one of my lenses has skyrocketed so I'm looking for possible alternatives.

I wear RGP (hard lenses) that can last for years. The lens for my worst eye costs $495 and my doctor has basically told me I have to buy them through his practice. He says he won't even give prescriptions to his patients because they come back with problems from buying cheaper lenses. This and the fact he runs an upmarket practice makes me wonder if he's not just trying to get even richer but he is an expert in the Kerataconus field and has always provided me great results so I probably should leave well enough alone. I just can't help wondering if I could get a much cheaper lens.

If FMJ sees this, my condition has barely changed in the last 5 years but I am keen for an alternative to CL. I do have near perfect vision with CL, I am just sick of the irritations that come with them. Normal wear doesn't bother me at all, it's just the dust getting in while you're driving sort of scenario that bugs me. I've discussed all the other possibilities with my doctor though and CL seems to still be the best option. Hopefully C3R will be the answer soon. As you say I think they are still in trial stages here.

If you suffer from Kerataconus or know someone that does and you/they wear contact lenses to correct it, have you bought lenses from a major retailer (in Australia) and were there any problems and any warranty?

Specifically I want to know if any sell post graft aspheric lenses. I just called one place and the guy had no idea what I was talking about.
