On a college admissions site it said the school required a 2.5 in precollege curriculum. What does that mean? My high school gpa?

I'm about a hundred and forty pounds and in dance i'm being lifted (I get swung under neath the legs and she pulls me back), but she can't seem to pull me back. What can i do as the lift-ee to help her do this?

So I know how to do a calypso leap which is in the ballet dance. But what I have trouble with is sustaining in the air, so that it doesn't just look like i'm flopping from one leg to the next. Help?? The recital is thursday. :/

Ode to Suicide

Countless times there were, where she’s been kissed on the cheek by death.

Each day, death haunting her… whispering thoughts of suicide in her ear.

Self-destruction had never felt so good, so comforting.

Never had it made her feel so alive.

Sometimes pain is the only way to escape her troubled mind.

Escape the racing thoughts, Escape the world around her.

She’s all alone in this world, unsure of herself.

But the one who understands her is pain.

As she lay in her bed, alone and afraid,

The rain pours from her eyes.

Puddles of scarlet on her sheets just meant,

She couldn’t take it anymore.

Engulfed with the gray, feeling hopeless inside.

Suicide sounds so easy, so painless…

Painless enough to ease the aches from her torn heart…

Leaving her mark on life forever, only to disappear… never to return again.

No more sand remained in her hourglass…

Her time remained no longer.

Her heart could never beat again,

No touch of grace could’ve saved her.

For the second she took her last breath,

Her life had bypassed her…

There was no turning back from the mistake.

She had been smothered in the sweet arms of death.

What has she to leave behind,

After the blood she shed that night.

Was it the gun she held in hand?

Or simply a dull existence?
