I am reading a (fictional) book where the main character drinks a vial that contained the blood of Jesus in order to save his own life (no, he is not a sparkly vampire). It contains no "church conspiracy" or similar plot.

I got the ffmeg as part of a package in synfig. My question is how do you use it?! Everywhere I look they talk about setting parameters and such, but they never tell you to open the program or command prompt. HOW THE CRAP DO YOU USE IT!?!?!
