Okay, so long story short, I met a guy (we're both early 20s) at a music festival about 3 months ago, we flirted a lot, he got my number from a mutual friend, and we continued to flirt for about a week when it died down on his end. I asked him what was up, he said we’d be great friends, I told him that was alright with me but we stopped talking for about 3 weeks. He (in a roundabout way) contacted me first, we started talking very briefly over the next 2 weeks, then he asked if I wanted to hang out in my town (I live about 2 hours from him). He drove down, spent almost all day together, but it clearly wasn’t a date. He did get a little flirty and I could tell he was testing the waters to see if I’d reciprocate, but I kept it pretty casual. He texted me two nights later apologizing, saying he thought I had a bad time. I didn’t, told him so, and kinda left it at that. We hadn’t texted much after, but he continually liked my posts on Facebook (which I don’t do that often).

I decided to give it a shot and texted him and started flirting, and in that conversation he asked me out on a date, but not for a specific time or place. I said yes, but when we hadn’t made any real plans I texted him again a few days later to try to get something solid planned. He said he’s really busy but genuinely seemed like he still wanted to see me (even though I know “I’m busy” is code for not that interested). So I told him to let me know when he’s free and wants to do something. Later that week he got a job offer in a different state, but a week after that found out they gave his position to someone else. It’s been three weeks since I sent him a congratulatory text on the job offer, and that was the last conversation we had. He still likes my posts on facebook but hasn’t reached out beyond that.

I am curious if there’s a possibility he’s still interested in me. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have anyone else on the side, and he's not the "player" type, if anything he's a bit too timid for that. I do like him a lot, but want him to step it up as I feel I’ve put in more effort than he has, not to mention he did at one point say we’re only friends. I don't want to totally give up on him if there's still a chance something might happen, but I don't want to wait around forever. And yes, 3 weeks of basically no contact feels like forever to me haha. Thoughts? :) I’ll answer yours if you leave a link in your response.

We spent most of the day together (2:00pm-11:30pm), and even though it wasn’t a date and I met one of his friends, he did pay for some of my drinks, insisted I eat some of his food when I wasn’t hungry enough to buy my own, and said we shouldn’t go to the beach because it’s too romantic and he would’ve been all over me.

That “no beach” thing was kind of confusing, since it seemed to imply he's interested on some level. I keep thinking about the just friends thing and how he clearly didn’t ask me on a date, but then he kind of indicated he likes me. I also don't know any other straight guys my age that will try to make female friends; they always want something more.

We haven’t texted much since, but he did text me apologizing because he thought I had a terrible time (I told him I had fun). He’s been hot and cold the entire time I’ve known him, so I don’t know what to think anymore. I've realized I'm still interested but I don't want to make it apparent if he's not going to reciprocate.

Do you think he still wants to be just friends, or does he want more? Since it’s happening to me I can't read him haha. And if I should tell him I'm interested again, how? It's hard to do it in person since he lives far away, but over text seems so...idk, high school? And we don't really talk on the phone. :/ lol

I know there are a bunch of these questions out there, but nothing I've tried has worked. Also, I'm not very techy so if it sounds like I'm lost that's because I am, haha.

Anyways, when I put a cd in my laptop, it doesn't show up at all (I'm trying to download it into iTunes). I can't find it in my computer and nothing shows up in iTunes. Next to my arrow, though, a little cd will pop up but quickly disappear. So it's like the computer knows there's a cd in there somewhere, but it won't let me access it.

Not sure if it's relevant, but I have an Asus laptop with windows 7. I've updated it, I tried disabling/enabling the driver but that didn't work. I also tried doing one of the sfc / scannow things (see, I told you I'm not techy!) but it sai everything was fine. I tried something else, I think i was trying to change drivers, but the only other option was "unsigned", whatever that means.

I'm moving in a few months and plan on having a garage/moving sale. I have a lot of lightly used body sprays and lotions from Bath & Body Works that I don't use anymore. At most, the ones I'm considering selling are 25% empty. I know a lot of people wouldn't buy used toiletries, but for those that would, how much money should I expect to get out of them? I'm not anticipating a lot of money from them, I'm just curious what a reasonable price is.

I can't find a single club that isn't in a shady area, is open tonight ( Wednesday night), and is 18+. I don't really care how much the cover is, I just wanna dance! Also, if they play hip hop and top 40 that would be even better!

I don't own skirts or dresses for clubbing, but I would imagine I would get hot wearing jeans. I do however have jean shorts, but I don't know if that's really considered "club attire." Also, I'm fairly clumsy in heels, so I would wear flats but again, I don't know if other people really wear them to clubs. I have an idea of what type of top to wear, so advice on what to wear on my lower half is really what I'm looking for.

I'm going to be a freshman at CCSF this year, and I'm signed up to take PE (stretching and flexibility development). Is there going to be time to change clothes and/or do I need to be ready to exercise on the first day?

Also, I'm going to try to add all of my other classes like math and english, so should I wait to buy books, or will I need them for ther first day of class as well?

It's a song from the mid2000s and either the artist or song had the word pink in it ( at least I think it did). The music video starts off with this girl in her underwear rolling around under the covers on a bed. And I think another part of the video showed the band playing at a party. It's a pop/ rock song, but no idea what it's called or what any of the lyrics were. Any and all help is appreciated :)

I'm writing an essay about how schools need to put more emphasis on vocational classes like shops classes and home economics because people can actually use skills obtained from those classes in daily life. I would like to include benefits from classes sush as those and how they prepare you for life post-graduation from another source, but I'm having trouble finding any. If someone could post a few links to information about this, I would be very appreciative.

And anyone who bothered to read this but doesn't want to post any links, I would love to hear your opinion on this subject. :)

Basically, my social life will end on Monday because I'm starting softball at my high school this year, and it takes up a lot of time (3 hours a day, 6 days a week). My friend wants to hang out tomorrow after school since it will be one of the last chances I get before I get really busy. Our problem: we have no idea what to do. She has a car and we have about 5 hours to do whatever we want, so if anyone can give us a suggestion on what to do as a last "hurrah" before things get hectic, it would be much appreciated. :)

There are so many freakin' commercials saying ," Our product is the best." Really, only one can be the best, and I was wondering what you use that works. Maybe describing what type of hair you have and what look you go for would help me determine what really is the best out there. I'm mostly just curious, so I figure I would ask. :)

Is it "bad" to wear black clothes and brown eye makeup? I know you're not supposed to wear brown and black clothes together, so I was wondering if it's the same for makeup and clothes or not.

In my park, there seems to be some areas where people all walk in a line and clump together, where other areas the people are spread out and walking whatever direction they want (I hope this is making sense). There are definite formations of lines going on here. Any idea why?
