I've been dancing for a year, and stretch every day. I have BOTH my left and right split, but I can't for the life of me do a middle split. I haven't improved really at all, my hips refuse to be flexible. When I sit in a straddle, I can't push my legs out that far because it hurts my knees and again, my hips don't like it. Same when I try to slide in a middle split. It hurts my knees and I can't force it down. Can anyone help me?
