I'm building a new PC using the case of the old PC and the old storage as well. As most of you may know Windows 10 was free for a certain amount of time, I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Is there anyway I can transfer the Windows license to my new computer?

I was thinking to get a i5 processor and a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti but I'm not sure if these things are compatible with this ancient PC. If it isn't compatible is there any solution? Thank you for your help! :)
