If I block someone, will they hear a ring tone if they call me or will it go straight to voicemail??

Would a MacBook Pro or iPad be more practical for a college student. Writing papers, researching, etc. iPads are cheaper, only reason I'm debating. Anyone have any insight??

I have 3 inflamed discs in my back but I'd like to go to a chiropractor just to get some things straightened out. Can I still go to one even with these inflamed discs in my back? They are usually inflamed and it's rare when they aren't. When they aren't, my back is still sore. It's been like this for about 6 years and I've gone to the doctors about it so I don't need any advice with that I just would like to know if I can still go to a chiropractor with inflamed discs. I felt a little self conscious because well, ladies, we all know we all have an off day or two down there. Nothing super bad or anything but just not the norm.
